Caring staff and doctors. Clean facility. I felt heard and welcomed. Doctor ordered appropriate tests and laid out solid treatment plan.

Dr. Sethi is very caring and does wonderful work. He make you and your troubles feel cared for sincerly. He awesome, highly recommended.

This is the most unprofessional and uncaring office. My mother has been waiting for months to have a procedure scheduled, and as of today nothing. Phone calls are not returned, and the staff is not helpful. My 83-year-old mother has been waiting in pain since October 2023 for an appointment and still has no appointment. When she called to inquire about it, the scheduler stated she was still working on it. This is unacceptable and unethical. read more

I only saw Dr. Sethi one time for BPH. he did a "30 sec" test with a camera and said there would be no pain during or after. That was not true, there was pain, and I was not happy. I had to go to Urgent Care to get a pain med--he wouldn't do it all. He prescribed something for the burning but I got that at Urgent Care as well, and it took over a day to start working--I slept (or tried to) with a heating pad that night. Now he recommends a Uralift procedure that may cause some bleeding. However, my orthopedist checked my blood platelet levels recently and they are too low now for surgery. This means even slight bleeding from Uralift may cause me to bleed to death. Platelets greatly assist in blood clotting, and internal bleeding is the worse scenario possible. Did Dr.Sethi order any bloodwork for me at all? No, he did not. To me, all this is malpractice, so as soon as they call back today about what I just told them about my blood platelet levels (if they even call) I'm kicking them to the curb--it's not worth it. How responsible and caring is this "doctor?" Not at all it appears to me. While the average patient has normal platelet counts, the doctor doesn't know anything unless he orders bloodwork. read more

If I could rate o0 I would, this place is soo unprofessional! They denied my grandma care after her appointment was scheduled because they supposedly did not take her insurance HOWEVER HER DOCTOR confirmed they in fact DO take her insurance. They also stated that she couldn't pay for it anyways so didn't want to give us the price for the procedure. They seriously discriminated and denied us care over nothing !! Definitely going to be hearing about a lawsuit. read more

This office is a joke. If I could find somebody else to do my tesapel injections I would. Every appointment that I have ever scheduled with them they've had to call and reschedule me. The excuses were... The doctor has a meeting, the doctor is on vacation, the doctors at a seminar etc. I have actually had pellets come out because they weren't put in well. I did not have that problem with the other doctor. Only Dr. Sorbera MD. I also get medication from them but apparently there's only one person that is qualified and or smart enough to do that transaction so you're depending on that person being at work. I will be going back in September but I'm sure it will be rescheduled. read more

Dr. Sethi has been my Uncles doctor for the past four years. He is very kind to uncle and explains everything to him. We r very fortunate to have Dr.Sethi. I would highly recommend him. read more

It's a brisk friendly staff. Appointments are kept pretty well on time. The doctors explain to you what they are doing. Their demeanor doesn't make you uncomfortable. They are very professional. Appointments are short and to the point. If you have a follow up appointment they will tell you what they want you to do during the time until your next appointment to work toward stopping whatever your issue is. read more

Every thing was great, not a long wait, had gotten a great amount of information about what is going on with my problem.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The doctor was supposed to have sent a prescription, and three months later still no prescription. I had to make a new appointment with the doctor just to be able to get a prescription and even after that still no prescription for another two weeks. Staff is also very horrible about returning any calls or getting messages across to the doctor. After many months of trying to get help they referred me to another specialist who does not even provide the intended service in which I was referred for. I will never ever go back. read more

What a joke this place is......You have to go thru a maze to find the front reception desk first of all, then if you are lucky she greats you. I believe her name is Roxanne. The first time I was there, not only did she not acknowledge me, she was too busy being in the conversation with what was going on in the office. Her area is a mess.....jacket on the back of the chair, a coke can on her desk, papers everywhere....No wonder a lot of my services are not completed. The next time I went there for a procedure, I was put into a room, got undressed from the waist down, got into the chair and waited....only to be told that my insurance had not approved this procedure. Then I get a phone call to reschedule and was given an appointment that did not exists... the doctor was on vacation that week?????? While I was there this is what I observed... the receptionist was almost beside herself that I was there on a day when none of the doctors where in the office.. not my fault that is the date I was given. The phones were ringing, and there were lots of people standing around talking and not taking care of the clients via the phones. The conversation going on was about a dinner that they all had to attend. The office manager was talking to one of the staff member and again the receptionist left what she was doing with me to join in the conversation . The office manager told her not to worry about it that she did not have kids to take care of. Here I am standing waiting on my appt. to be made and not even being acknowledge nor did the office manager tell the receptionist to take care of the client, but instead the conversation was of the party....Shame Shame Shame on these so called professionals.... read more
