Literally awful. Changed her arrival time thrice. STOLE my cleaning products from under all three sinks. Left an entire room untouched, even we walked through it together. Only cleaned 3 window sills, left the rest. Missed spots on floor and rug. Broke my blinds and did not let me know or attempt to fix them. Very unprofessional. read more

Very unprofessional, poorly written documents, no where on her documentation does it say the deposit is non refundable. Not clear on what happens to clothes, business items, pets while in the home. She did not verify WHO had the authority to hire her services. Interesting business model...take stuff from houses then sell same stuff in thift store. read more

We scheduled this company for a move out cleaning so we could retain our security deposit. While the cleaning was decent, they DID NOT provide any kind of receipt that we could submit as proof we had our former home professionally cleaned. Needless to say we are majorly disappointed because this will most certainly impact our leverage to get our security deposit back. They accepted payment via PayPal, which makes it much harder to freeze our payment to them. Wish I used our credit card so I could dispute the charge. I can't recommend this company for a move out cleaning because they failed to send a receipt after multiple requests via text. The owner said she would send or that she had sent, but nothing ever shows up. Sad! Attached are actual screenshots of me exchanging texts with the owner in order to get a receipt. An email was also sent! This person clearly has no intention of sending a receipt! Possibly they're afraid they'll have to report the income? read more

My sister needed a last minute move-out clean so we called Golden Touch and they were available last minute & we were happy until they arrived. First, the owner, Mary, was very unprofessional and rude, she came off with an attitude. She made out loud comments about the house and comments to her worker( who was very kind) about the house and was annoyed that we were still moving things out because we fell behind. Granted, the house wasn't in great shape because kids and pets and busy lives, but the comments were unnecessary. Then, she sent her only help out for 30 min to go buy Mcdonalds and brought it into the house to eat when we were paying them to clean. After leaving, my sister and her mother in law had to go behind them and clean because the job was not done well. "After" cleaning photos are posted below. There was still dust on the bar, food spills on the stove, hair and a spider webb in the living room, things in the sink etc etc. All of which were cleaned up and are now gone thanks to my sister's mother in law. Do NOT use this service! They were supposed to clean the refrigerator but they did not. They were not supposed to clean the oven, but did, with a noxious chemical that still condenses on the inside of the oven door/window and emits a terrible smell when we use the oven. Our wood floors were cleaned with a product that left them dangerously slippery. Worst of all though, they damaged our new wool area rug by running the vacuum beater over the bound edge and unravelling it. Mary, the owner, was apologetic and assured us she would have it repaired as soon as she contacted her insurance company, but that was the last we ever heard from her. Now she will not answer our calls or return messages. A very dishonest, disreputable, unscrupulous company. With so many good people out there, it is easy to find a better company. read more

****AGENTS AND BUYERS BEWARE**** THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I hired Mary Golden (Golden Touch Cleaning, LLC) based out of Woodstock GA. My first warning should have been that they only use Venmo/Cash App for payment. When she got to the home, she called me angry, because there was food in the refrigerator, which I was unaware of left by moving company. I paid an additional $100 just to clean that out. A total of $550 for a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. She sent pictures of her work, thinking that I would not be able to check the home before the new buyers took possession of the home.. GET VIDEOS!!! The pictures turned out to be completely staged and erroneous. She stated she didn't respond because she "broke her arm in my garage" which was lie, as my neighbor saw her leaving the premises. If you look at other reviews, she makes the same false claims that she was sick, hospital emergency, family had covid etc.- and also claims people are writing false reviews, also a lie. When asked to refund the money or make right, she was completely rude to both myself and my agent. To do right by the new buyers, I had to hire a whole new crew to come in behind her. When I made her aware of my intention to post reviews, she stated she would "sue me for slander". I've also attached text messages from Mary - note phone number is same as site.
