Gotta few tanning beds if you tired of looking like marshmellows, if you can't tone it, tan it. The free weights are really nice, they fit in your palm in a way that is very comfortable. As a normal gym it gets pretty crowded around 5:30-6. They also don't care if you come in there after your pre-gym cigarette, won't say a thang! Seems to be a good group of workers there, and the owner is a purty nice guy. In ending my review I can say this place has changed my life. I used to have dominos on speed dial, 5:01, right after work I was calling in for pizza. Now at 5:01, I'm lacing up my brooks and heading to 24/7 to get fit. My fiancé left me after I hit the 500 pound mark, and now that I'm down to a strapping 218, I got females flocking left, right, back and center. Thanks 24/7 for getting me all deez baddies!
