Andrew is probably the most intelligent, helpful and caring individual I've ever encountered in the auto insurance marketplace! He spent great lengths on the phone with me answering all my questions and taking care of my special needs. And on top of it all he found me a policy that was WAY under the price I thought I'd be paying!!! A lifesaver for sure! Like everyone I got caught up in life and never really paid attention to the renewal notices and just let them automatically renew. Then one day a client of mine, I'm a CPA , was complaining to me about how her home insurance had doubled in Miami over the last few years without her noticing. So I decided to look into ours. Sure enough for our condo on Collins we went from paying 2700 to 5200 over the last few years. I called up Geiko and they told me that they checked with the companies they had and they couldn't do any better. It turns out they only have around 4 companies they could check. So I got on yelp and saw the reviews for Full Circle Insurance and decided to call. Like most on here I got Aaron on the phone and he immediately started to help. What I loved about him was he actually explained to me and educated me about how he was helping me. He checked over 50 companies and ended up getting me a quote with 4 companies, all for cheaper thank current insurance. He then showed me how much cash reserves these companies had and what their ratios were, basically he gave me the data to make sure I knew who was a good insurance company All this happened within 2 hours after calling him on a SATURDAY!!! I was shocked that they worked weekends. Either way I ended up getting my home insurance with them and would recommend them!!! They ended up saving me $2000!!!! I had finally bought a car and anxiously wanted to go everywhere I definitely needed insurance asap.I found the office conveniently located off a main street(27th ave) on the second floor.Parking was no problem . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Daraimis the insurance agent. Also other staff who greeted me aswell.. I explained to Daraimis that I needed reliable insurance at a good price.
