I brought a very special ring into Golden Web to be fixed and resized. Before we even left with the finished product, the band of the ring broke twice and Joe had to repair it in front of us (not a good sign already). We then got home and a week later the band broke again, so I called Joe and asked him if we could get any kind of compensation since it had broken 3 times after his "repair", he said that he could possibly send me another ring. Mind you, this is not what I wanted, this ring was very special to me, but I accepted the offer and awaited pictures of the replacements, which never came. The next week the stone, that he had replaced, fell out and when we tried to contact him about this issue, Joe hung up on us. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
