Within less than one year from having a new front door installed by Dans, it's been nothing but problems . The wood around the striker broke shortly after install, I called them and they talk to you like you've never used a door before , they put all the blame on us for being too aggressive opening and closing the door and the project manager constantly had to leave multiple times for personal problems (which has nothing to do with the customer- we all have problems in life) ) - all this with a lifetime warranty on the door, which they point out when purchasing but they don't honour it. The hardware on the door never stays tight so every month I've have to re tighten all the hardware (which is absurd ) and they said they would try to fix the broken wood by the striker but they never return your call or show up - I'll be replacing this door before it's even 3 years old because I'm sick of the maintenance required to just keep it operational . Worst customer service I've ever had . Save your money and buy elsewhere. Buyer beware I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars

The one thing that really stood out to me is that they were willing to make 5 trips to my home in the course of this: 1 for the initial quote;1 to sign the paperwork (as in, they let us think about it and came back when we were ready!); 1 to do a confirming measure (I really liked that they did that!); 1 to install the windows and doors; one to finish the job. This article alone and the fact that corrosion free does not require drilled holes for application especially on my new car was the deal sealer. Here's why holes are no longer needed - http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hAmosX6MTOs. Kim Telouni did a great job for the corrosion free application. Initially he recommended drilling but I showed him areas on the Odyssey which can easily be entry points for the wand that they use. There are a lot of factory holes for any new vehicles. I would recommend you to take your time as well to check your car once it's done as you may notice some weather striping not being seated properly although it may happen temporarily due to the compound that is applied but not an issue as they easily snap back. Be aware that some of your door panels or tailgate may have popped as they have to go in between them to apply. Just snap them back in. They may also tell you not to wash the car although the corrosion free website does say you can. I still did not since I was too lazy. All in all I was pretty happy with the result and will be coming back here again. In fact, I'm again at the shop having my VW Golf 2012 rust proofed since I don't believe VW's 12 year anti-corrosion warranty works in Waterloo, ON due to the salts we use during winter. Within a couple of weeks his team installed the new rollup canvas. Well done. Then the problems started. He kept promising to return the finished foldup awning. Over and over. Same story others have reported. We visited the shop when he wouldn't answer the phone or emails. He promised the awning was out on the truck and would be installed that day. We didn't believe him and demanded that he return our deposit and the awning. We waited in his office while he made an etransfer. A few days later he dropped off the foldup awning frame - canvas removed. Just like all the other reviewers, Ken Amy shafted/scammed us and lied repeatedly. Look elsewhere for awning services in the Waterloo Region.

We contacted this company - the owner is Ken Amy - in June 2022. We had a contract to have repairs…read moredone on our trailer. He agreed to replace screens on windows due to holes, replace moldy window and broken window. Replace broken zipper on window and replace ripped bottom vinyl part on one side. One roof had a patch - didn't leak but to make it "better/ nicer". He promised to have the job done mid July 2022. At the end of July after multiple calls he just dropped the canvas off with explanation - he just patched it and will fix most of the requested changes later. After we opened the canvas, we found out he put patches over the screen holes. He sew a patch on roof and I saw sun through the stitches so we did a water test and only after few minutes water was dripping into the trailer. He made a hole on one side of the canvas. He thinks that the zipper is better in black and only one sided so we can't even open the window without opening the whole window. No fabric or screens were replaced. The work was bad and unfinished. We dropped it back at his shop and asked him to have the order done properly. He claims he does not have material to fix it and will do it sometimes in the future i don't agree with this proposal. He refuses to return the money we paid upfront and he even is threatening to sue us. Don't hire this company - Ken . He will scam you and hide from you.
