I am too shocked at the level of unprofessionalism of this place. I brought in a set of car seats with a set of custom made leather covers that needed an adjustment because it came from a slightly different model in the same care family(so close that the front seats ended up fitting without any adjustments) After careful examination I noted that the outer portions of the seat needed to be tapered for a snug fit and I instructed the lady to do as much. She charged me 100 dollars a piece for the job. the next morning I called at 10 they open at 8 and she told me she was almost done , I was surprised as two hours seemed a little fast. I picked my seats up with the covers on and realized something seemed off. When I got home I saw she had cut the wrong side of what I instructed her and tried to hide it from me. Not only that but seams were pulling loose and they did not replace all the pieces that belonged on the seat. I called her up very respectfully and asked her to take care of something , that can only be described as having a bad day. She fought me all the way arguing , refusing responsibility and when I asked for 50 dollars discount for destroying my genuine leather seats I was accused of trying to steal from her. Not only that she started screaming at her husband and still has not retrieved my missing piece. If I can I will post photos and you can decide for yourself, but trust m this is not the place to go to if you want to be treated fairly , respectfully and have your property treated with respect. read more
