I went to customer service to see if they could help me. Ken to the rescue! This young well spoken man escorted me to the aisle with the packing totes. He loaded up eleven totes in three different sizes ensuring they all had the proper lids. He checked me out at the customer service area so I would not have to be in a line and self checkout is not a feasible option. He is professional, empathetic, enthusiastic and also has a great smile. The above and beyond service was well beyond my expectations but it doesn't stop there. He followed me to my truck and loaded it with all those totes while carrying on a pleasant conversation. The following day I came again and was once again turned away due to them going on break. However they weren't scheduled to go on break for another 20 minutes. This is also after I again checked in and waited 10 minutes to then be told to leave. The ladies at the pharmacy were also very rude about the whole situation. Awful experience will never be coming back here for any sort of test I need to do.
