I was sitting there for a good five minutes before I called reception on my phone for help, and though the staff helped, all I got after was a pat on the back and wished me a good workout. They didn't even take it out of service, and the facility services coordinator blatantly ignored my email. Stay far away from this gym if I were you.

Customer rep was completely unsympathetic to my circumstances. The business claims its goal is to "deliver legendary customer service," though apparently that means legendarily bad service. The business needs to revisit whatever misguided policy forbids customers from cancelling by phone.

Terrible customer service! Returning after COVID-19 shut…read moredown they said they couldn't find my info and that I would be charged $65 a month. I had been paying $42 a month, management then said if I could show proof that I was paying this rate they would honour it. I printed off my bank statement proving that I was paying $42 a month and had to go into show them, which I thought was already asking a lot of one of their members. Later that day I was told over the phone that they would not honour the rate that I had previously been paying. My girlfriend and I had been paying $84 a month for the both of us. I can't see why a couple would want to spend $130 a month on such a small poorly managed gym. Do yourself a favour and try any other gym than this one
