Then he was confused about a payment he received from another client and said he didn't want to double charge me. I told him that his $500.00 deposit cleared and the $250.00 cash payment that he asked me for on the first day was processed. He offered to give my money back if I take down the review. On the first day he was here I typed my name and phone number into his phone and he obviously deleted it and blocked me because he asked me again what my name was and for my phone number. One last thing, he left a pile of paint pieces on the floor next to the water heater. I didn't notice until my puppy came to me with pieces of it in his mouth! I was upset and tried to return the paint to Sherwin Williams because they gave me the wrong shade of green. While online I was venting to the person next to me and the worker at the counter overheard my conversation and accused me of being "racist" and refused to help me. In conclusion, Estik showed very poor judgement and a lack of respect. I have never had anyone ask me for cash in advance, abandon the job and leave everything a mess!!!!

He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan). He's definitely reliable and would take care of the job until the client is satisfied. His pricing is also very reasonable. I've only known him for three weeks and has already given him three projects. I'd definitely rely on Illia again in the future.
