I'm sitting at this station right now and I was debating buying another tank of gas however I first checked the reservoirs and not only is there no washer fluid in there, it's bone dry, but there's a brand new squeegee. Are you seriously telling me that somebody put brand new squeegees into empty reservoirs and did it dump at least some water in there? It's going to cost me a few cents more per gallon down the road but that's where I'm going.

So I guess it's kind of a common thing that people don't typically leave reviews on places unless…read moresomething negative happens. Generally if you go to a store and buy something and make it home okay it doesn't cross your mind so I'm trying to get out of doing that. In this case I mostly can I stopped at this particular convenience store rather often, usually early in the morning around 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. as I work overnights. This store is very clean and very spacious. A lot of convenience stores in fact most of them have a lot of product in them to the point that the aisles are kind of small and if there's two people trying to pass each other they get rather close, this place has room to spare. Almost like they can add a couple of shelving units and it would still be pretty empty looking, not that this is a bad thing but more of an observation. The gas is rather expensive however it's like that everywhere these days. If you're reading this review by all means check the date that I left it as current gas prices are about $3.20 a gallon. The only downsides to this place are not really major. I mean one of them kind of irks me as it's a pet peeve of mine that gas stations should always have windshield washer fluid available outside so I can do my windshield when I get gas which is every night. These guys typically do have it and it's only on occasion that they are out so it is better than most. The other observation I have and I'm only mentioning it here because I believe after I leave this review, Yelp contacts the business to tell them a review was left? So with that being said the only way to dry your hands in the bathroom is with the electric dryer that's bolted to the wall. There are no paper towels as an option and that particular electric dryer has not worked in a couple weeks. Kind of odd in my opinion that this has slipped by the store manager for this long as where do the employees wash their hands? Unless there's another bathroom in the back somewhere but I would think that by now it would have been fixed or maybe just a roll of paper towels gets put in there. Like I said I'm not putting this particular comment on here because I want the store to get any less business or anything just thinking maybe the owner will see it and go hey I didn't know this. But anyway overall the store is great, they're open 24 hours even though I believe Google says they're not, and like I said as convenience stores go this place is pretty clean. Guy working the counter seems like he's pretty much in a good mood most of the time so that's also a plus :-)

After coming back from an Uber run from Kingston to Kerhonkson, I chose to stop into this Valero…read morestation. Although I wasn't forced to (given the other nearby options) I chose to make life easy and come her instead. I didn't see much on the route in terms of gas, but decided to make things easy. However, once I got here, I didn't see any other cars here, nor did any other cars ever pull into this station (until after I got done and was about to leave). It was so freaky, it was if I could hear a pin drop; it was dead silent here. The transaction went pretty smoothly, given the conditions I was up against with my GasBuddy card in-hand...right up until I was ready to collect my receipt. The pump operated smoothly, although when I tried to click it off at 19.70, it stopped at 19.71 just as I hung up the nozzle and I didn't even realize it. The pump told me to go inside and collect my receipt. I didn't know about the price adjustment, but I won't worry about the penny. When I got inside, I saw no one in their either. The one employee they had working was sitting down just off the main room in a small (what looked to be) hallway (near I don't know what). However, as soon as I announced my intentions with my "Pay-at-the-Pump" transaction and the need for a receipt that the pump said to go inside for the receipt (pump 5), the employee came out and printed out my receipt. I took my receipt and headed out. I know Kerhonkson is this sleepy town with little to no action, but it was TOO quiet for this transaction to have gone over well.
