The staff have been knowledgeable whenever I'd had any questions and the animals seem to be well cared for. Good prices for products although some of the ranges seem to be a bit limited. However, for our first fish who was not well, upon approaching the staff, their expertise and helpfulness was most welcome, as they tested the water of the tank for us then and there. I did complain to the man who runs the kennels, who denied any responsibility, and was very rude indeed, not at all interested. The scary thing is i have since then heard so many similar stories about this place, im surprised its still open, so please, if your thinking about putting your dog in these kennels DONT!!!
