The hiking and views were great, but the staff, with the exception of the spa personnel, seemed unhappy and not service oriented. In fact, the waiters and housekeeping folks seemed quite put out to answer questions, attend to needs, and when they did answer questions, it was with a less than enthusiastic reply. The first room we were given had only enough towels and pillows for one person. We were moved to another room that was nicer, but we had to ask for robes for the spa. Be sure to ask about scheduling and wait times if you want to coordinate several treatments. I was only able to book one instead of the two I had planned on. The one treatment I did have was exceptional, so I'm thinking that the resources are going towards the spa and not other staff. We left to have dinner at the Ermetige and they are much more engaged with visitors and guests. read more
