With the help of Liebermanns paintings they recreated the gardens; they found old wallpaper etc and used these for their work on the Villa. They have done an incredible job; the house and gardens are a unique destination. The villa is light and bright; its great atmosphere makes it an excellent exhibition space. Visitors can feel how happy the family must have felt here. The garden alone is worth a visit. At Café Max, they offer delicious cakes and coffee to be enjoyed on the terrace (in bad weather indoors). The Villa is an easy 15 min walk from Wannsee train station.
