He was very accommodating and had a time available this very afternoon. John and his son arrived promptly at 4:30. They were quite personable. The job was a little bit more cumbersome than they had expected. The project was having a rear projection TV which was huge and very heavy removed from the 2nd floor with a winding staircase. John was able to figure out how to disassemble the TV. John tidied up the debris from the area. They were very careful to not damage the wall as they removed the TV from the 2nd floor.
