I've had serious lower back and hip issues (after a bad injury), as well as neck and shoulder problems (pain, stiffness, pinched nerves) for years. After recently moving to the area, I was referred to Dr. Ashby by several new neighbors. And I am so glad I was! Dr. Ashby is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is probably the gentlest chiropractor I've ever seen. But the results are remarkable. I can walk better, faster, and with less effort than I have in years. I''m now walking 1+ miles (no big deal, I know - but it used to be!) with almost no pain in my hip and lower back. And because my flexibility is so much better, I'm walking faster and with less effort. I can actually exercise again. Before seeing Dr. Ashby I could make it about 100 yards before I had to stop, because I was in intense pain. AMAZING! And my neck and shoulder issues have improved, too. Now my wife is seeing him (she has also had long-term lower back issues) and is seeing big improvement after just a few visits. On top of that, Dr. Ashby is very nice man - incredibly kind, friendly, and supportive. His staff (I've met Chris and Deirdra) are just as warm and friendly. And the office and exam rooms are great. Next, Dr. Tepper is an amazing chiropractor and specializes in an extremely effective technique called Active Release Technique. (A.R.T.) I have seen the doctor for several different physical problems. He is always successful in relieving and even eliminating pain, as well as, increasing mobility and range of motion. For example, I was experiencing pain in my thigh, which became increasingly worse, making it difficult to walk, bend or do simple activities. After 5-6 sessions I was able to walk 2 plus miles and continue my daily exercise routine. I also have chronic neck and back pain. Again, within a few sessions I felt 90% better. Currently, the doctor is treating both shoulders due to arthritis and other issues. It has only been 3 sessions and my range of motion has increased and pain has decreased. I highly recommend Dr. Tepper. He always takes as much time as I need to answer questions, listen to my concerns and fix the problem areas. Often, he has been able to improve what no one else has.
