Unfortunately, the sales team completely blew the deal. They refused to offer anything more than the absolute cash value on my trade-in. I understand dealerships need to make money on trades, but I don't need a lecture about it. My job was to bring them a quality vehicle; their job was to figure out how to make a profit. I was willing to move forward, but their rigid "take it or leave it" stance made it clear I was better off walking. When I told the salesman I was leaving, he literally said, "Go ahead and walk away." So I did. I got in my Rogue and left without looking back. Later that evening around 7 PM, the salesman texted me asking if I had ended up buying a car yet. The very next day, I went to another dealership. They immediately offered me $13,000 on the trade (significantly more than what was offered here), knocked $1,500 off the price, and didn't push any dealer add-ons. I drove away happy in my new vehicle on May 1st with zero hassle. This dealership single-handedly lost a $68,000 sale because they wouldn't budge even slightly on the trade-in. If you're trading in a vehicle and expect fair value, look elsewhere. Very disappointed. They did turn the super loud music down. It was bothering me very badly by the time I came back in to talk to the guys so that was a plus at least they thought about me for a little bit then, as soon as I start walking away, the music got turned right back up, so that was kind of disrespectful.

My only negative is there was a lack of attention to detail on a couple things. They detail the car when you purchase and I specifically asked them to clean some sticky substance I found on the inside of the car. They said they would but they never did. Also, the car only had a quarter tank of gas when they gave it to me. These are minor things, but leaves a bad taste in your mouth when leaving. Overall, good but not great experience.

The sales experience was long as to be expected when buying a car but the sales person was personable. They will work with a $500+ down payment but be aware you will be paying interest free payments for the first month or two to a deferred down payment amount before actually paying on your note, so buyer beware you should probably come in with at least $1500 down if not more. Read the paperwork before signing. Now also beware of the franchise status. If you start at this location, especially if you are making deferred down payments in the beginning of your note, and you find that you are closer to the other location it will not matter you have to return to your original location for any issues or questions. Also, it is very hard to get back in touch by phone with anyone specific at this location, email is best. And once you have bought the car they are not as nice afterwards as far as accommodations or help as they talk about when you are buying the car. They also pressure you into writing an amazing review for them here on Yelp right away even while still in store waiting to finish up your sale, that is because if you wrote after having to maybe deal with them after the buying experience you would not be as apt to write the same review. So wait to write your review until at least 3 months after you have bought your vehicle or at least until after your first problem with anyone in this location. All in all buy at the other location on Weidner! The other location is less crowded the environment is lower stress and the people there are not rude or argumentative. The ladies out at Weidner in the finance department are patient and kind and the GM at Weidner, Ram Herrera, is a wonderful man to work with. Think before you buy.
