Yes I've singed up for their points /coupons program and I also get the email newsletters and the catalogues in the mail. Yes YC is like black tar heroin addiction for me. Its fun when I go into most locations , I'm always greeted and they just can't wait to tell me about the special deals that are going on- right before I cut them off and inform them of my obsession for scented wax. So this location was very very tidy, very organized and displays were not messy, though I feel like in the small stores like these, too many tables with large amounts of heavy glass candles is a dangerous idea , and bad for traffic flow. I'd say that was my only real complaint, get bigger stores or stop shoving junk in the middle of the area we can walk around, without worrying about swinging my shopping basket full of your goodies into another unsuspecting shopper. Staff here was delightful, very friendly and talkative but didn't have me running for the door to end conversation either. I love the oil plug ins, they do last forever , but I hate the pricetag. I usually stick to 2 big candles every time I come in and get tea lights in my fave scents.. The midnight summer's dream scent tea lights are a savior in my 1 bathroom house when I have guests. Not much else going on in this mall, so this store was totally empty and I had free reighn to pick out choices and leave them all at the front desk while I very pickily shopped for the candles that smelled so good you could eat them in the clearance area. I just hate being in a tiny store with a zillion other people so that was actually refreshing. I may wait until I have to make another venture to NH and stop here versus going to the busier locations. Overall great experience

I had no idea. She took the card but asked them to take the flowers back. The owner called me and told me what had happened and told me he had refunded my money. I was really surprised.
