Between both days, we tried: Goat cheese balls with honey & caramelized onion - holy hell what a foodgasm - ask for a side of bread Green salad with tomato, pepper, onion, dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and basil oil - we added grilled chicken to this and it was heaven. It was not to my liking at all (some kind of blue cheese dressing) so I kindly asked if I could get some new lettuce. I explained i would simply take the add ones (carrots, onions, nuts, goat cheese) and put it on new lettuce. It didn't need to be anything fancy, just simply some new lettuce. I was promptly told that this was the way the salad came and that if I wanted a new one they would have to charge me for both!! I spoke to 3 different staff members because I was so appalled by the first ones response. After being spoke to inappropriately by the next 2 staff members, who were very defensive and told me it was my fault I didn't like the salad dressing, I gave up. Finally the last staff member approached me and said "what do you want me do, just some new lettuce?" And I said yes! She brought me some new lettuce, oil and vinegar and problem solved. Easy enough? I work in the restaurant industry and I know for a fact that replacing the lettuce in my salad costs them less than a euro! I was absolutely shocked that they were not willing to accommodate such a small and not expensive request. I would hate to think what would happen if you had to send a steak back...
