For lunch, the extreme Italian sandwich is great. The staff is friendly. The ordering process is alway done with a smile and the food prep is very quick. It's my go to Timmy's in the city. As someone who isn't incredibly familiar with the area, this seems to be the only spot right off the highway for awhile (heading to Toronto). It's a gas station/tims combo and there is a drive-thru. This particular time we opted to go inside so someone could get gas at the same time. There was a long line but you could tell the staff was hustling! Quality of coffee and breakfast sandwiches was good for what it was. I will say that my coffee was piping hot all the way to Barrie!

Somehow the food came out first and the coffees weren't ready until almost half an hour later. By the time I got back to my truck, the food was cold. While waiting, several staff members were standing around the drive-through window chatting while orders were clearly backed up. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially for a prepaid mobile order meant to save time. If you're in a hurry or expect basic efficiency, don't rely on mobile ordering at this location.
