We searched all over, not finding what we wanted, until we came across The Noble Nose dog boarding. The photos looked fantastic! Clean, luxurious, and only a few spaces for boarding, which meant less noise for our dogs. I looked at the prices, surely they must be very expensive. But no! Their prices were extremely competitive!! I contacted The Noble Nose to see when we could visit. We met Brandon & Ashley, truly nice people who clearly love dogs, and their facility. It was just like it was in the photos! So nice I could have moved in there. We talked about our dogs, their skittish temperament, the pills they need to take, etc. Ashley & Brandon didn't seem fazed by it at all. I asked about them not having any reviews yet and how I almost didn't contact them because of it. They just opened!! No one really knows about them yet. We left feeling, after seeing many other facilities that just wouldn't do, like we could finally breath a sigh of relief. I thought our dogs would probably do just fine here. Yet, I had to make sure. So we set up another date for us to bring our dogs to the facility, meet Brandon & Ashley and we could all see if it was going to work or not. Our dog Sarge went right in, no trouble, he loves to smell new things. Our Petunia, who is afraid of everything new, got loved on by Ashley until she was able to go in with Sarge and check things out. We all went into the next room, leaving the dogs to check out their luxury apt. on their own. I gave Ashley & Brandon, the list of everything that would need to be done~ how much food to give twice a day, when they get their special treats, when they get their pills and how, what to do if they get nervous and stop eating, or get anxiety and who our vet is if they need to call him for advice. They totally made us feel like this was not overkill, just another day of playing and caring for dogs. We even had to change our travel dates and Ashley was so kind about it. I would say if you don't check out The Noble Nose and talk to Brandon & Ashley you'll be missing out on the best dog boarding available.

I've used overnight boarding & grooming several times. Overnight boarding is expensive, but I feel that it's worth it. Just recently I've paid $594 for about 11 days & around $1000 for 2 weeks. The 2 week boarding was in a deluxe room so that I could watch him overnight, otherwise cameras are turned off at night. If you're nervous to leave your dog overnight please don't sweat it! My separation anxiety is just as bad as my dogs. When you drop them off you'll fill out a piece of paper that has plenty of care instructions. It will ask about feeding (how much, what time, is it okay to add wet food). They also inventory your belongings & I've never lost anything there. Grooming is great! They usually ask what you want & I think they'd do anything. At this point it's just "the usual" for us. Their website has the services included.

I had a prior reservation for my 2 dogs to be kenneled inside her home, last minute (day of) we…read moremessaged to check in with her to make sure drop off time was still good for 6:30, she moved it from 6:30 to 5:30 which is not problem. Stephanie then informed me that the dogs could not be kenneled inside do to someone/ or dog needing more space because of its medical needs. I would understand this if it was brought to my attention way in advance. we have a senior dog that has to remain inside due to random seizures and has to be watched. once we found out that she would not be keeping them inside I was able to find someone else to watch them that would keep them inside. I had cancelled my reservation for them to be dropped off today for a month and she sent a message saying she can no longer accept my animals due to it being within two hours of drop off. I am not pleased how she handled the whole situation. We had to physically contact her to make sure of our drop-off dates and times were good to go (she never once got in contact with us to check in). If you agree to something that agreement should stand, on all of her platforms she does not state a cancellation policy, so I think that that needs to be updated. Plus, she is very rude and vague when she contact us. We've had the dogs picked up before and had to wait 30 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to showed up to let us get our dogs. Dog sitting is not cheap so me paying over $1000 I would expect a little bit more.

Bad reviews happen and one would expect management to remedy the issue or respond professionally but this woman responds threatening legal action to every single bad review. I've had to lower the star because they've started giving animals rabies shots without asking the…read moreowners permission first, yet still expecting us to pay for it. That's a horrible business practice and is why we left Cornerstone. If you want to recommend a rabies shot then, fine, recommend one. But if you just give our animal a rabies shot without having our permission you should be the ones paying for it because you never had our authorization to do so in the first place. Our animals are indoor-only. Not one has gotten out unless we wanted it to in more than 50 years, and the ones that did go out we did get rabies shots for. But our indoor-only animals do not need a rabies shot. This all seems like a blatant money grab when money is tight enough right now and vets are already too expensive.
