I've only been here once and look forward to returning asap. Hopefully, on a Tuesday to take advantage of their happy hour with discounted juice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. I enjoyed the juices that they recommended. The store itself is very welcoming and comfortable. You can relax and sit at the counter, at a table or on a sofa. Good Guy is the best thing I came across, I have been trying to quit cigarettes for YEARS!!!! I smoked a pack & a half a day & now I'm down to 8-10 cigarettes a day which is more than half. I walked into Good Guy & I was treated like I was a celebrity I told (Jonathan) I wanted a starter kit that was easy to use because I have no idea what anything meant with the watts, volts, etc.... LoL but he hooked me up & I am now a regular, if Good Guy didn't have what I wanted but another VAPE spot close by did I would still wait until Good Guy ordered whatever I needed. Usually love this store but my mom stopped by here for me the other day cause I had a procedure done and haven't been able to run my own errands. So the other day my mom went to get me a pack of Raw filter tips... and today when I finally went to go use the tips cause I was finally able to smoke today and I see that the can os completely empty ... lol how is this ??? Did you guys sell my mom like a display case or something ?? Still my favorite vape shop... Figured it was time for an update. Yes, they moved about two weeks ago. Only about one block from the old location. This shop is about 3 times the size as the old GGV. Everything is out in the open areas for viewing purposes. Menu book for your different e- liquids is definitely helpful to speed up your selection process. The staff here, whether it's Billy or Charles has always been very friendly & helpful thru the years to me. With there rewards program that is offered, you can save an additional 10% off all your purchases. Still the prices are very reasonable. The juices now offered are of the larger size. That being around 90-100 ml in size and still around $20-25 a bottle. Higher VG is always been my choice. They taught me that years ago. Always been a sub tank person. But if you're into those RDA's for dripping purposes they'll rebuild it for you. Personally, just can't deal with that maintenance. Since I first walked in their shop on Broadway I was greeted by a polite staff and was helped thoroughly. I wanted to quit smoking and had little to no idea what vaping was all about. Not only do they treat you well and give you their total attention, they also allow pets. Which is a big deal for me... Came here with my girlfriend late Sunday night. Purchased my first RDA! I was super excited to learn everything about it. The sales staff I can't recall their names were super helpful with the entire process. They even built my RDA for free. We had a great conversation. I felt a very positive vibe in the store. Close to their closing time, they did not rush through anything. They let me try a bunch of juices before finalizing on one. I also ended up getting one of my favorite juices. This is now my go to vape shop moving forward. So I order my first vapor unit directly from V2. I ask for a recommendation from the vendor on what juice I should use and they send me juice that is supposed to taste close to the cigarette I smoke. Tastes like shit with no throat hit at all. So now what do I do? I remember more than one person telling about this great vape shop on 37th and Broadway so I venture up. Nice clean and bright place. Very friendly. Greeted as soon as I walk in the door even though they were busy. I tell this guy at the counter my dilemma. I show him my V2 Pro 3. He reaches behind him and gives me a bottle of this juice called Epicus Nebula The General. Tells me it tastes like vanilla custard and is good enough to vape all day. Tells me I won't be disappointed. He even gives me a 10% discount. I looked around the shop and they have a terrific selection of everything vape. From the very basic to the absurd. None of the prices were a turnoff which is why I think they have a pretty good reputation in town. Awesome juice! So freaking tasty with a great throat hit. Can't wait to try the other juices he'll recommend. Prices are excellent. The V2 Pro 3 is an excellent device. Good Guy Vapes is my go to place to get juice now. I have to say after downloading the yelp app I see that good guy vapes on 22 Cleveland pl in New York is not added and this particular review is for that location. I am a frequent customer of this establishment s8nce it was called "Henley's" and for the most part the services and staff are cool. But just recently I wanted to purchase a device called the "Reverent" and I didn't even have this device 2 weeks before it began to give me problems, and this is after I went through so much from one of the staff there just to purchase the damn thing, and now it's defective, nah this is crazy. I have spent so much money at this establishment to be treated as if I am a novice consumer and I intend on taking the item back and either getting a refund or replacing it with another device. I'm starting to feel that if a consumer is not part of some of the staff's vaping community then you're treated differently and that's not the way to do business. But in all reality I believe that I will be taking my business elsewhere once I complete this final transaction with my device. If these people know me they would not want to disappoint me upon my return of this device.
