I'm a fan of their approach which is to offer name brand vitamins such as Blue Bonnet, Doctor's Best, Carlson, Nature's Way, New Chapter, Solaray, etc. at a deep discount so that you can be sure you are getting the freshest batch. Love this store. It has every vitamins and health food items you can possibly think of. They even have an Alkaline water dispenser where you can bring in your own water bottle to fill. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They even gave us some free samples of Alkaline coffee with wheatgrass which was delicious and is good for you, so now we'll have to pick some up next time we visit. My family and I used to come in here all the time to get gallons of alkaline water before we bought our own alkaline water machine. We came for the alkaline water but continue to come back because of the great service and advice. The older short woman is extremely helpful. If you have any health issue she will walk you through different options they offer for you to treat your problem. They also are very willing to order an item if they do not particularly carry it. The costumer service is great... except for the younger man with long brown hair. He's less then helpful. As far as the prices go, it's a health and nutrition store, so it's more pricy then the average grocery store. However, compared to other nutrition and supplement stores like GNC and Vitamin Shoppe, this store is very fairly priced. They always have a good clearance selection and free samples. Today they had kettle chips as well as beauty supplements for free. I was able to get a bamboo oil diffuser for $42.50. Not bad compared to others. Usually they are around $60. Overall, my family loves this place. The service could use a little help at times but that's only because they are usually super busy. The products are plentiful and priced fairly. Great Asian food selection and great food court. We moved from NY in April and when we go to Jusgo we feel like we're in Flushing, NY again.

Good Nutrition is a recent find, and it's truly a gem. It's much bigger than it looks from the outside, and they carry just about anything you can think of from the world of health and nutrition. I was there hunting for toothpaste, specifically the pomegranate neem variety from Himalaya Botanique. They had it, as well as a wide variety of other choices to sort through next time. Their selection of essential and other oils is great. I haven't looked at the vitamins and supplements yet, but those seem to take up a good portion of the store. There is also a good sampling of beauty products and a few cosmetics. There are also aisles of food items, and a refrigerated/frozen section in the back. Prices seem fair. Staff is particularly knowledgeable and helpful. Ask away and they will do their best to assist. I've even been successful over the phone, and that I really appreciate. GN is approx. 5000 square feet with about half being vitamins/minerals/supplements and the other 2500 square feet being foods and snacks. Staff is well versed in nutritional supplements and will be honest and tell you which ones work best and which ones are old school. A great deal of variety and there are super sizes for better unit prices. I originally went to this store to find some lavender oil. I found the oil I needed and I found a ton of other stuff I wanted to purchase. I even saw some stuff that I didn't even know they carried. I really like this store and I will be visiting frequently. The workers were very friendly too and the instore demo was really nice too. I went ventured here recently to buy things for my new strict diet and was pretty impressed. From the outisde it looks like a hole in the wall, but once you get inside you can see its actually a lot bigger. I've only been once so this review may not be thorough, but here's what I have to report. They had lots to offer...about half of the store was an allergy/health food grocery and with one isle of freezer products, and the other half was full of natural supplements and beauty products. What I liked most about this store was that although you can get some of their products at Whole Foods, there were also a lot of things you couldn't and were unique to the store. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly (asked if I needed any help and if I got what I needed). In conclusion, it's a good quick stop for people who have dietary needs. read more

I have loved this store and have recommended it to many. It is the only real health food vitamin store in the area. The rest of the health food vitamin stores in the area have employees who are not into alternative health and so of little help. And most stores including Whole Foods don't have the huge variety of brands and health products. So I agree it is a great store. But I was very disappointed today, that they had some major problems. One was that they had one whole huge aisle that looked like the rest of the store. So I went down it to find a product and an employee rudely told me it was not part of the store. They had a curtain to close it off but it was open. Very strange. Suggestion: Keep your overstock in the back room of the store. The second thing was that they had their empty water bottles for sale on a shelf but they were all hooked on a chain with a lock. They had like 6 signs saying the area there was under video surveillance. Very tacky. An employee said they had had a lot of theft of water bottles. Suggestion: Keep your water bottles up by the cash register. I like the store and will go back but it seems their manager is a bit wacko. Also I would like if their website would say who the owners are and give an email address to complain. read more

I finally got a chance to stop in here and boy am I Happy I did! The amount of inventory they have in there was a surprise because from the outside it looked small. Once inside I was on mission to find a natural deodarant and a children's vitamin without gelatin. The lady at the counter was very helpful in finding both and I ended up purchasing the deodarant that she recommended; which I'm still very pleased with. I'll definitely be back. read more

We've tried many different things at Good Nutrition over the years as we have gone through the various phases of life. They have good books that help with decision making. You can get essential oils, tinctures, natural soaps, cleaning supplies, and food. It's a great place to see the actual products and healthful ingredients you may have read about.
