I was hesitant to call them at first because they did not have one single review on Yelp. However, on Google, they have well over 300-5 star reviews. With that being said, I called them on a Friday morning. They picked up within a couple of rings. They were actually going to send someone out to my place to evaluate my roof damage that day. Unfortunately, I was not available. So they came out on Saturday. They gave me two fair quote options. The first was they could repair it immediately, but the shingles would not 100% match. Option 2, delayed repair but with exact match shingles. I went with option two which was to get an exact match. They told me that they would need a day to find the exact match. Sunday night, I received a text that they would be out Monday afternoon to repair my roof. Unbelievably, I received a text Monday morning, telling me that they would actually be out a little sooner cause they were ahead of schedule. After a short while they sent me a text letting me know the repair was finished. My wife sent me some pictures and their work is flawless. The shingles are perfect match, and that area looks like it was totally unscathed. I am especially thankful for Nathalya who texted me with updates along the way and kept me informed at all times.
