We chatted for at least an hour about our lives, work, family, the current state of the pandemic, and how we're all coping. Her friendliness and welcoming spirit were exactly what I've been needing. Oh and the furniture is so beautiful! I live in Ft Worth and I'm here with my husband for work so when I buy something it will be closer to when we're going back home. I bought a little blown glass pitcher, and a sweet little bag of assorted buttons, some of them probably a hundred or more years old, that I will use for slow stitching. Often feel that pieces are very well priced, often below what you would expect. Have told numerous people about this lovely store, which you don't see the wide variety of items within in many other antique shops all too often. We met Debbie who was working that day and she was so friendly and personable. It was also 100° in July so getting out of the sweltering heat into their air condition was nice too. The prices were reasonable as well. If you're staying in Post, or just driving thru, this place is worth the stop. We'll be back for sure.
