The office staff made things very easy as there was only minimal paperwork to fill out and I was taken precisely on time. The guy who administered/oversaw the tests also made things very easy as he did a great job of laying out the minimal do's and don'ts. The equipment looked a bit on the dated side and once or twice it had to be recalibrated or reset and the overall look of the screens/the type of beeping it made reminded me of what PC's looked/sounded like back when Windows 95 was a thing but it didn't hurt or maim me so that's worth something right? Door to door it was a little less than two hours but that was keeping things at a country club pace since the guy doing the testing didn't have anything right after me and we BS'ed a fair amount. Hopefully I'll never have to do something like this again but it beat going to Scranton or to Camden, NJ and the staff I encountered made a very foreign experience seem simple. A+
