I'm not sure if I can say enough great things about Tristan, the Good Physio. I've been seeing him for years, before, when he was at Saunders Sports & Spinal (previously the best physiotherapy practice in town), but when he left to go out on his own, I had to follow him. So I've had my share of back, hip, knee and shoulder problems pretty much my whole life. I suffer from a sedentary lifestyle, hyper mobility and some unfortunate accidents/surgeries in my youth but I call Tristan when I've been rolled off a plane in a wheelchair and can't walk. He manages to patch me up and allows me to function. I leave his rooms filled with good intentions of keeping up my Pilates and fitness program ... Until I don't... Then I go back again. I've tried other physios, chiros, remedial massage therapists with varying success. But I go back to Tristan for the results I need. As part of physiotherapy, he has done dry needling on me but he is also an experienced acupuncturist. read more

Absolutely one of the most knowledgable physios in the country - and one of the nicest guys to boot. Highly recommend paying him a visit.

History
Established in 2015.
After 10 years in the Physiotherapy industry and having worked under various mentors and completing a Masters in Acupuncture, Tristan Chai created Good Physio. Good Physio is a dedication to the good practice of physio - a 'best of' type clinic - incorporating all the quality components of the industry with increased care and attention.
Meet the Business Owner: Tristan C.
Graduating from UniSA (B. Physio) in 2005, Tristan swiftly moved in to working with elite athletes - not knowing at the time how heavily this would shape his rehabilitation and treatment philosophy. "Working with athletes, everything has extra expectations - the body has to get better than pre-injury state, and it has to be done sooner. The pressure that it puts on a therapist is great. It nurtures creativity and constantly renewing best practice." When the treatment methods and philosophies are then applied to the rest of the population (whether the elderly, the office worker or the weekend warrior) results are amplified. With the constant renewal of techniques, Tristan completed a Masters of Acupuncture in 2013 and has found applications for this (beyond musculoskeletal injuries) with hay fever, insomnia, digestive issues and women's health.
