Well, he indeed had a type one fracture of his growth plate that I'm pretty sure radiologist would've been able to detect as well. but I received no radiologist call. 2nd incident- I brought another son there who had another incident also with Basketball. X-ray was done I'm assuming physician assistant called me to tell me nothing was broke to follow up with ortho. my son could barely walk he was sent home with no mobilizer no crutches- he hopped into facility and out of the facility. Followed up with ortho and they were even shocked that he was sent home without any type of mobilizer or crutches because he could've done additional extensive damage- this son has an avulsion of patellar tendon- Patellar avulsion fractures are injuries in which a fragment of the patella detaches from the main bone due to the excessive pull of the quadriceps tendon or patellar ligament. In his case it pulled away and also pulled bone as well. I say this to say if you have to go to urgent care for a common cold, then go anything else go to the er!!!!

We were told from a family friend about this company and I would give them ten stars if the bar would go up that high. She told us about her driver and how much he takes care of his patients, so we gave it a shot. When we see my grandfather and he tells all about his driver like he was family, we knew we picked the best place. The driver for her and that takes my grandfather his name is Rob.If you pick this place you know your family is in good hands.

My mother was in Mather Hospital and needed to be transported home in an Ambulette. I did not know…read morewhat an "Ambulette" was. It was explained to me that it was a specially designed wheelchair van for people who need assistance in transportation. Bringing Mom home was stressful enough, but the people at Mather took care of everything. They arranged Mom's trip home with a company called Northeast Ambulette. They were absolutley wonderful! They arrived on time and brought my Mom a wheelchair to get her to the van. The driver put us at ease immediately. He was very professional and had a very calming way about him. He helped get Mom into his wheelchair and explained everything that he was doing. He covered Mom with a blanket and placed a towel over her head as it was raining out. He put Mom into the van and made her feel so safe. He explained that her safety was his priority. He used some kind of tie down straps to keep her chair from moving and even put a seatbelt on her. He then helped me into his van and helped me with my seatbelt. He made a very trying experience very peaceful and stress free. He even refused a tip I offered him. He said that getting Mom home was tip enough for him. We have used Northeast Ambulette several times since and recommend them to everyone. They are a great company!!!
