They have an extensive drink menu, with cocktails, local and imported beer, and wine. The Tapas Experience, $30 for 3 tapas, is such a good deal! Service was good! They did a good job of spacing out serving us the tapas. For drinks, I tried the Bourbon Peach Smash, Blackberry Gin, and Godiva Chocolate Martini. All cocktails were $12. They were all good! However, I didn't see any fresh muddled peaches in the Bourbon Peach Smash. Here's the food I tried: - Adult Fries ($12): Amaaaazing. Not spicy to me! - 3 Cheese Arancini ($12, unless part of Tapas Experience): Fine, but 3 balls just isn't worth it to me. - Lemon Ricotta and Roasted Red Pepper Crostini ($12, unless Tapas Experience): Super good!! - Bruschetta ($12, unless T.E.): Delicious! - Duck Confit Egg Rolls ($16, unless T.E.): Such a large portion! Very good! - Buffalo Chicken Sliders: They were out of short rib, so they recommended these to us instead. I wasn't a huge fan and wouldn't get these again. - Tapas Tacos (3 for $15, but you get 2 when doing T.E.): We tried the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and the Black Bean. Neither were that great. Next time, I would do the Tapas Experience and get the Lemon Ricotta and Roasted Red Pepper Crostini, Bruschetta, and Duck Confit Egg Rolls. That was enough between 2 people. If we were still hungry, I would get the Adult Fries. I would go back!

Had reservations for tomorrow night to eat but will be canceling those. The AC clearly needs attention. Set to 68 but it was 76 inside, at 9:30 PM. Has great potential but the food and staff just did not look the part ***UPDATE: Did actually go for dinner. If I could give 0 stars I would. At least we got a menu this time. The shrimp were not deveined. I DID NOT ORDER SHRIMP POOP. The "loaded" potato had no butter or sour cream. Green beans steamed in bag from grocery if I could guess. Our food died at the pass.

We were really looking forward to a nice dinner out together, but unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. We were at the restaurant for two hours and still hadn't been able to order dinner. We started in the dining area, but our server, Amanda, wasn't very friendly or attentive, so we decided to move to the bar. The bartender was incredibly kind and doing her best, but she seemed overwhelmed by how busy it was. With some extra support--like a barback--she could have provided an even better experience. At that point, though, after waiting so long, we were just ready to grab something quick and head out. Sadly, we won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this spot to others based on our visit.

What a cute winery! The owners were working the winery. They were extremely sweet and welcoming…read more They were thorough with their explanation of how the wine sampling process works and offer numerous seating options: indoor lounge, indoor common area, covered patio with heating (it was 50-60 degrees), front porch, side porch, and out by the grassy areas. There was also a food truck. We tried two flights of 6 samples each. At this time, they limit 6 samples per person. I'm a sweet wine kind of gal- so I only sampled sweets. My boyfriend sampled sweets, dry wine, and their beer. Samples were served with crackers. There is a bathroom (single for male and single for female). The hand soap was fruity smelling and delightful (not a generic hand soap). It was clean and neat. Parking: Gravel parking lot. Plenty of space available. Ambience: perfect for a winery trip. Cozy, relaxing, open, great views of the vineyard. Service: great service as mentioned above. The Merry's are sweethearts. Beverage quality: the sweet wines were absolutely delicious. Autumn Black is my favorite! My boyfriend was highly dissatisfied with their beer however, this is a winery after all. The slushee was great- they're dangerous so be mindful that wine is within the slushees to not overindulge. Price: Reasonable and fair priced. Samples were a decent sized pour.

But when we drove over an hour to get there, you are only allowed 1 flight per guests per day?!? Because they might get busy and not have enough glasses, they told us. That's something they should disclose on their website, so people could read/understand how they operate before they venture out. Although they ended up letting us have another flight, but not without admonishing us about their rules and panicking when 2 other guests walked in. I understand wanting to serve all your guests, but on day that wasn't very busy isn't it a first come first served. If I wait in line for a 2nd flight and told no because I've already used my share of glasses just seems kinda messed up. Try using disposable cups for a 2nd round maybe?? When they make 30+ wines 5 beers, you could really make a day of just this place alone! Nice place, good wines, fairly friendly people (as long as you don't break the rules) but I don't see us returning there.

Even once we were seated the server was telling us that the kitchen was a bit backed up so that is why our food was taking a little longer. Our waitress was nice and friendly. She gave us honest opinions about the items on the menu, which is always great to have. We ordered the Meggie's Bread Sticks with Cheese as our appetizer. It was delicious, especially with the added cheese. It came with some red sauce stuff to dip the bread sticks in. The pizza we got was the 14 inch Gladiator. It had 6 slices. It was good, but a bit messy (and hot when it first came out). At the end we ordered the Backyard Hay Stack (minus the nuts). That was really good as well and we devoured it. The ambience was good. It was a little loud, however it was crowded. There was a little astronaut theme going on here. I recommend coming to Backyard Pizza.

We met a former WWE wrestler who was sitting at a table, too. But back to the restaurant - the flavor is there. My one issue the bottom of the pizza dough was very flimsy on both pizzas we ordered (Kale braised and the gladiator) so the cheese and toppings slid right off when taking the first bite. Like I said the flavor is there though. Had the peddler red IPA and it was terrific. Also had a very tasty kale salad. If they get a nice soft but firm bottom to the pizza slices, this place would be a 5/5. Would we return, yes!
