I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she modified the cut to suit my face better. She convinced me to go shorter than I had originally wanted and decided that more texture would be better suited for my hair type. I am blown away with how it looks, and the maintenance is very low key. I can do a quick blow dry after a shower and it still looks amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in London.

I was offered the usual drink and magazines, but agree with Michelle T that the junior staff were pretty robotic. I never pay much to have my hair cut, and I consider £50 far too much for a wash and trim, but if you quote 'online 50% off', it's a good deal. I was going to give an 'a-ok' review, but reading Michelle's reminded me that I too got a different haircut to the one I asked for, and that although it worked out well for me, that is not actually a fine way to run a hairdressing business. Because I left with half price snazzy hair I just smiled to myself at the stylist's arrogance, but thinking about it, how dare he make it up as he went along, without consulting me! Also, the receptionist was pretty pushy about trying to make me sign up to a loyalty card, and looked at me as if my refusal (which I had to give 3 times) was weird. I was not impressed that they used my mobile number, given to secure the booking, to subsequently bombard me with marketing texts.
