Originally came here because i had very loud noise while idling. mentioned that i needed a cvt transmission fluid change(from what every other owner of my same model car has experienced) left for the recommended full diagnostic. During diagnostic they were checking my breaks they said the brake line bust and it was not safe for me to drive it that way(remember it drove it there perfectly) so i had to pay for that repair(new rear drums/lines and all the hardware). Then he said we needed to replace both cabin and engine filters to get an accurate reading(paid for that as well). Also replaced the motor mount because " got to change it to get an accurate reading" after i paid 771$ I was also informed that i needed to change the spark plugs 300$+, CVT transmission fluid change/flush 400$+ more motor mounts, all kinds of other fixes totaled to around an extra 1700$. I said i wont do those at the moment but i will be back thinking my engine noise was gone. Fast forward 30 mins when i drive the card home noise is back and louder.....ok so yeah. read more

This is my third visit to Goodguys. They are really GOOD, friendly and professional. The service was fast and everything was explained. Upon noticing that my engine light was on, they suggested they run the car through their machine to check what the source was, at no extra cost or additional wait time. Hi they are friendly pending on who you get at the front desk. I been there for 20 yrs off and on. The have cried card that makes it nice with 0 percent Interest whit h makes it nice when cash is low. Me and my hole family use it for year quality of work depends on what Mechanic they have at the time. But there quick! But I am a big account. 6 cars. Their alway trying to get me to do more then I came in no mater how small or big. That good if you like that and want to know what wrong with your car. There also more expensive then many others Mechanics. But I consider them part changers. So I would say there middle of the road not to expensive. But get you in and out quick if that's what you need with backing up there product! That why I gave them four stars read more

Horrible! I took my car to get my tires changed and also get a oil change before my drive to LA. 3 days after I got my oil changed my check engine light came on! they honestly worked really fast on my truck and were pretty friendly and honestly would recommend to others

First of all we made an appointment. Arrived right on time. I went to the counter to check in, well it looked like I was a bother. I said I am here for my 10am appointment. It was booked under my husbands name (Mark).Then he proceeded to tell me okay well what was the service for. I was thinking really, my husband booked appointment the day before and told them exactly what services we would like for the vehicle. I said a basic service, oil change and tire rotation. My husband finally showed up and gave him the coupon he had and applied it to the services. We left the vehicle and picked back up after about 4 hours. I told my husband go in an pay for it so if any discrepancies he could deal with it. He came back after paying for it and said OMG! If I did not have that coupon the oil change for the car would have been around 90-100 bucks (toyota highlander 2015). That is just outrageous! I said. They gentleman told my husband well that is what it is. While my husband was leaving he saw a young gal crying removing her belonging from her truck. Apparently she got charged 930 bucks for replacing tires. Poor girl could not afford to pay for it so she had to leave her vehicle there. That is horrible. Poor young girl just completely got taken advantage of. We offered her a ride home, she said thanks but she had just called for a ride. These guys are not goodguys they are way overpriced and not willing to help save a dollar. My husband said if he did not have coupon we would have never come here. Not going here again. read more

These guys are great! Good service, friendly, done on time. Most of all they are trustworthy. Prices seem very fair maybe not the cheapest but I trust what they tell me and that's worth a lot more than saving a couple bucks. They also stand behind their work. Overpriced and work never gets done correctly. You have to go back under warranty for it to get fixed. I've talked to different guys and each one has something different to say on what they fixed. I don't recommend at all. read more

I brought my car in to have a flat tire fixed after my granddaughter ran over a pallet in the roadway.  GoodGuys charged me $30 for the repair.  I took my car back three times and they never fixed the flat tire right--the tire kept going flat overnight-- plus the tire guy did minor damage to the under carriage of my car with a car jack.  On the third return to Goodguys I was ignored by management and I felt like they were just trying to get rid of me.  After asking to talk to management and waiting a long time, I was told that I must have run over something to flat the tire again!  This was not true--I had only driven my car back and forth from my home to their shop, because of the low tire.  The next day I took my car to Les Schwab, who told me the tire had three nail holes in it from driving over the pallet.  Les Schwab fixed my tire for free!  I had been a regular customer of Goodguys in Sanger, but after they way I was treated I will never do business there again!  I would advise anyone to beware of doing business at Goodguys in Sanger. read more

These people are cheats and liars. We bought tires from them a few months ago. I noticed my bill was rather high so I took a closer look, they charged me for an alignment that never happened. I sat where I could see the car the whole time, my car was in the first stall and the alignment machine was in the last stall and my car never moved stalls. When I asked about it the lady said yes we did the alignment. I told her they didn't and she replied yes we did, and you have to have the alignment for the warranty to be good on the new tires. I could tell I wasn't going to win the argument so I paid my bill and will never go back. So a few months later I had to rotate my tires which my hubby did, now it shakes really bad because we found out they didn't balance the rear tires when they put them on, but that was also on the bill that I had to pay even though they didn't do it. On top of that one of the 4 brand new tires is already bald due to the non existent alignment that never happened, but I got charged for. If I could give a negative star these people would deserve it, I will never go back. Now I have to find a different place to align it and balance the tires and pay out more money. read more
