Great place for a workout just a little expensive…read more I'll start by saying I'm not a huge gymhead (or whatever you call them) but this place is really nice. The monthly fees are a little more then I would like ($40/month), especially when compared to Fit For Less but the location and how convenient it is definitely makes it worth it. The gym is exceptionally clean, even the bathroom/shower stalls. A large selection of equipment of both machines and free weights, and they have even recently gotten some battle ropes and push sled(?). They have several cardio machines that also have the ability to log into Spotify, Netflix, etc. For someone who hates doing cardio, this is a godsend! The staff seem friendly (I usually go on off hours so rarely see them) and keep to themselves (which I like) but from what I have seen they are also very approachable. Overall a really nice place to work out in the area that you can go anytime. During peak hours there seem to be a lot of people working out but in the morning at least it's pretty empty which I love. If you are looking for a gym in the area, I would recommend you check out this one.

After joining I realized the staff is so rude and racist .disrespectful staff !…read more A new gym in this area adjacent to Fortinos and since it's bang opposite my new home makes sense to join here Pros - Its big with all the great equipment here If u are a black card member u get a lot of perkss like drinks at half the price and free massage and hydro massage chairs and more than one one person can use the card The price for the black card being $ 10.99 + taxes every every two weeks Cons - There's no separate womens changing room or locker room it's all out in the open The lockers etc U hang ur jackets as u enter and the shoe changing area is right there too If u are looking for privacy or lockers to hang ur jackets then this is not the place This pLace is good for gymming and maybe chair massage after that Not too many frills No sauna or steam here too however they do have shower rooms

But I…read morehave to say that people in the Brampton area is lucky to have such a nice studio in the community. 5 Element Yoga is in a historical building which used to be "The Old Shoe Factory" and now it is converted into units housing different businesses. A lot of the character of the interior has be preserved, like those brick walls.. the high ceilings all give the studio a really rustic feel. The class I attended is called YogaFusion.. This is NOT my normal yoga classes, but I do want to try something different. The class itself was interesting, the teacher blended Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into a vinyasa class?? There was some dancing flow involve too.. kind of like modern dance.. and I feel like I have two left feet. The class itself is a mixed level with more experience practitioners and some beginners.. wish there were more variations given.. BTW, the class suppose to start at 12:30 and end at 1:40..and it started late and it did not finish till 2 pm... I like the deco of the studio itself... can I say really "yoga Indian" feel??
