We decided to give GOTG a shot for breakfast during the off season when they are only open on the weekends. The inside is closed due to the pandemic but they have a walk up window. The people working there were as friendly as can be and the feel was like someone was cooking in their own kitchen at home for you. The menu is mostly breakfast items and they have several vegetarian and vegan options which was nice. They also sell some CBD and wellness products. We decided to order a slice of quiche, 2 jumbo muffins (blueberry and chocolate chip) and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, the frothing part of the espresso machine was not working so I was unable to try the coffee. We waited outside for over 15 minutes after they told me that they were preparing our order. It was an oddly long wait since I told them they don't need to heat the quiche. Anyway, when we got home we found the jumbo muffins were not jumbo at all and were smaller than a regular muffin. They also tasted very dry. The quiche was very good but was more of a sliver than slice. The kicker was that these 2 tiny muffins and sliver of quiche was $15! I guess the breakfast sandwiches are the thing to get here but I'm not sure we will be giving them another shot based on this experience which pains me as much as I really wanted to love this small business. read more

The coffee was very good and a reasonable price ($2.06 including tax for a 16 oz). The coffee paired well with the cinnamon nut bread (which was really a coffee cake in my opinion... not necessarily a problem). They offered several other baked goods. The service was friendly. All staff wore masks, and they had a walk-up window, which made it easy to socially distance. I was so satisfied that I came back for another coffee later in the morning! read more

Walked in to order breakfast as our bike was being repaired at Zippy's. The ignoramus behind the counter was IMMEDIATELY put off with us being there. When asked if they had bagels, there was no sound ... just a miserable face shaking her head no. Placed our order and advised of an egg allergy - she rolled her eyes at me! After we ordered, we asked about the coffee and, in a barely audible whisper and without visual contact, Slothy-McSlothster said, "its self-serve". I pointed to a jug and asked if it was iced coffee and was told - they should be labeled. We all looked at each other and thought nope... we're out of here. To the ignorant snot behind the counter - a little smile goes a long way. No wonder your place was empty. I'm only giving one star because I have to or this won't post. read more
