I've been to a few Goodwills before and, if I'm being honest, I never lasted long. Most of the time I'd walk in, feel instantly overwhelmed by how messy and unorganized everything was, and walk right back out. It just wasn't my vibe. But THIS Goodwill? Whole different experience. I spent THREE hours here the other day -- and the only reason I even realized it was that long is because my husband called asking if I was okay I'm not even someone who enjoys shopping in stores for that long, but this place is organized, clean, and packed with so many good finds that time literally disappeared. Three hours felt like twenty minutes. And the wild part? I still didn't get through everything. If you've ever felt overstimulated in thrift stores before, this one might change your mind. Stopped in at this Goodwill before I went to a friend's house. They have a lot of clothes and shoes. Goodwill has gotten pricey everything is $6 and up now. Most all the tags on the clothes are green or blue so if you come on that day with that color then you're going to get a 50% discount. I did however find a men's shirt and a vest both for $8 total. I went there today to see if they have come to their senses with pricing items. They have not. Thought I was in Target based on their pricing. $012.99 for a WELL USED coffee maker, which I could get brand new at Walmart for $11! Used video games that had so many scratches it should have been used as a coaster for $7. Another video game that I can get at GameStop(another overpriced store) for 5 bucks they are charging$13! You need to consult something other than EBay for your pricing and join the real world! read more

I would not recommend this location, or any location that has as ridiculous of a return policy as this one. I spend a lot of money here, as I buy most of my clothes secondhand, and had brought in some clothes to return that didn't fit that I had bought at their store; they no longer have dressing rooms so this is literally the only option, buying items and returning them for store credit. They only give you three days to bring items back which is unreasonable for any working/busy person, and way less than any other store, and will only give you store credit. They act like the items are bought BY THEM, when in all actuality, they're donations and they get them for free. Really strict, ridiculous return policy for a store that doesn't have to buy any of their merchandise. I love goodwill, love that they help the community; have been shopping with them for over 20 years, and have never had as poor an experience as I've had here; if you're going to shop with this business, find a different location and if this is a return policy they're looking to implement in all stores and not just this one, find a different thrift store. I don't understand why a store like this wouldn't make a better effort to accommodate customers, even more so for those who are regular donators and customers. This store, and potentially the whole business, has lost the plot. read more

Their tag sale needs help they don't add the tag of the week in the racks .not too much .and not even in the purses either .

Don't have any dressing rooms they don't have an extension cord to try the electronics out, cashiers are rude

Employees take color of the week discounted items off the rack to the back of the store and place new tags on them. Overpriced as is since their remodel. Shouldn't have remodeled if you were going to charge retail prices. read more

Not very clean or neat at all. Very disorganized. The prices are very high for stuff donated to them. Some of the prices are higher then they should be. The people who work here are friendly sometimes and at other time really rude. They should lower their prices and remember that they have a store because people donate their stuff to them. read more

Goodwill does have alot of great deals from time to time, and they do have programs that help people, but that does not excuse them from certain things. Like many locations, this Goodwill has raised it's prices significantly. I get that they do employ people and have programs to support, but the CE0 is a millionaire, so lets not forget that a very large portion of proceeds go toward profit. On top of that, the merchandise is DONATED FOR FREE, so their excessive prices are more so greed based than any other reason. Anyway, they DO pay their employees, with the exception of a few volunteers, so you'd think the store would at least be tidy. It is not. The cashier I had was super rude. You'd thing that being their inventory is donated and purchased by folks like you and me that they'd be friendly and happy to have customers. She was not. She was rude and clearly irritated that I wanted to buy something at the STORE where she WORKS! Then she rings me up for an extra item (her mistake), blames it on the register (they don't use scanners and manually enter items), then proceeds to try and correct 'the register's' mistake by asking me to just go pick an additional item. I don't want another item. So the manager is called and is also rude, but the issue is fixed and I don't think I'll be back. I can go to Walmart for the same prices or Elite Repeat thrift for unique finds. read more

Very overpriced on everything. When I can go to Walmart and get a brand new shirt for 4.88 but u have a used shirt for 3.99 what bargain stores has higher prices than Walmart or even a dollar store for that sake? GOODWILL does. Just rediculous I will not donate anything to them or purchase anything from then again until they realize they are robbing people of their hard work money. Goodwill has just gotten greedy. It is disgusting the way they have begun outrageously pricing items that were donated for free to them. Then at the register they have the nerve after having practically picked your pocket if you would like to round up your purchase to donate the extra change to help their cause. Goodwill is not true to their name. They are a rip off operation in my book. Get your stock for free and squeeze every last dollar out of it at the expense of the people in the community. And then scoop up the nicer items for your on-line store and get even more money for the stuff. The people that shop at Goodwill are generally those folks who cant afford to pay full retail like those charged at the Mall and other big box outlets, but have tighter budgets and need to save on items for their family. Goodwill is going down the tubes here in Orange City. As some have stated that the CEO is a very rich man off of other peoples junk. I donated or I should have said donated quite a bit to this company, but after this last round, I think that I will search out other ways to donate. Reason for looking else where? RUDE, no clear plan for if things go sideways, example their donation receipt printer dosnt work. Really, you have all these folks donating but yet you cant print a simple receipt for them? No back up plan, no contingency, NOTA... Fail big time on Goodwill's part !!! So look else where for donating your unwanted items, Goodwill has gotten way too big for their britches when it comes taking care of those that are helping them raise money with their donations to them! read more

Very poor management working the floors who are also very rude. It's very disorganized and the prices are way too high for some items. Some employees were nice but some were very rude. Both outside and inside of the store are disgusting and need some serious cleaning. Not at all what i expect from a Goodwill! read more
