The only problem I had was that it was a Tuesday and the website said that the color of the week had changed from blue to green. The store is bigger than it looks. The selection (while we were there, at least) was just okay. The men's clothing lacked volume and quality (compared to other Goodwill stores I've explored). Not much for sporting goods, either. Granted - you can't knock inventory, as they don't control that! Overall, the store is fine. The layout is wonky, but you figure it out. I wish I had a problem with the overpricing, but instead I was met with one very rude manager. I lost my wallet (I'm out of state) and I kindly asked to see security footage, she reluctantly complied, I told her it was around 1245 or 1 and she seemed as if that was too long ago to have lost something. Her exact words were," THATS A NO NO FOR ME, we are too busy you can come back and check again I guess, if you want, but THATS A NO NO FOR ME." The lady with white hair was very rude. Didn't get her name but I was paying and hit credit and accidentally put my pin in.... FORGIVE ME I am human. Second she then proceeded to say that okay let's try again and let's pay attention. FIRST of all I doesn't take but two seconds to fix it second that was rude. And third I hope you don't treat anyone else the way you did me. I just spend $50 in goodwill but I will never be back. read more

I see a lot of saying telling everyone it over priced but it is Panama City Beach. So, yes it's a bit more than my home towns pricing but there are a lot more cool finds here. I got a college hoodie and Hurley t-shirt for $9 which I find very reasonable knowing the hoodie was around $75 and the t-shirt was about $30 because i have shopped for the same ones online. You have to acknowledge that there is higher taxing and a beach tax as well here. Everyone was nice and they had a big variety of many things. I will be visiting every trip now! You've always got the Karen's complaints though don't let them affect your shopping experience. read more

I love this store for thrifting! Found so many cute shorts and a homecoming dress for an extremely reasonable price. Most of the employees were really helpful, except for one who was hitting on the customers. Minus that, it's my new favorite thrift store. read more

I will echo many others when I say that this goodwill is ridiculously overpriced. It's almost laughable. They have many mall brands classified as "Designer Labels" and are marked up to $10-$15. I'm talking LOFT and White House black market. definitely not worth your time if you're looking for a good deal. read more

I donate clothes for overseas and decided to buy it from Goodwill. This goodwill is close to me and spend between $100-$200 each trip (twice a month at least). Pros: Good selection of things- books, clothes and household things Computer repair at reasonable price Nice and friendly employees Cons: Prices are too expensive!- I found some items that are new and cheaper in retail stores Check your receipts- couple times I was charge wrong (leggings for pants price, kids clothes for adult price, etc) Electronics- bought a sewing machine, it says "tested"- power working but machine broken Radio Alarm clocks- again "tested" but you can't adjust / set alarm These review are based on products that I bought. I can't entirely blame them for defective electronics but for asking/ selling price- I assume they will be more meticulous in testing it. I am giving this store a low rating due to high prices. read more

I traveled from Tennessee to Panama City and decided to hit a few goodwills along the way. This one had business hours of 10-6 displayed. I arrived at 545 and wasn't allowed to come in due to employee stating business was closed as of 6. I spend no more than 5-10 minutes in a goodwill. Hours of business are for shoppers. Not so you can clock out at 6. Very disappointed in this store. read more

This was a pretty good goodwill. Organisation was second to none, Ornaments and pottery and such like all color coded in sections. Clothes seemed to be in excellent condition. The book section - and the reason we were there - was executed perfectly, we found exactly what we wanted and the added bonus of a $2 Argento film. Very professional in our opinion. read more

Great store, great items but prices are too high for poor people. Some items you can get on sale at retail stores (but are newer). They have been advertising lower prices though. Sometimes I see too much waste there and out in the elements of the rain and in dumpster. If they don't want it they should give it to Salvation Army on Thomas drive, panama city beach, FL. read more

I Have had My Laptop for two years The first year I had issues of my system telling me my Windows was not Activated and tried to activate through Microsoft, I sent my Laptop back and they wiped out everything and reinstalled Windows, I have added all my software pictures and more just to have my system tell me again my windows needed to be activated again within the past week. I called them again just to get no where and have spoken with Microsoft and realize thanks to this place, never again will I buy a used computer and I definitely would never recommend this place for any computer related issues or buy a computer here. They are Failures at Business operations. As of today 9/14 7:20AM PT The Technician was helpful today. Once Monday rolls around hopefully that Microsoft will correct this issue of Activation. I am referencing the store at 13415 US-98 E. Most items were overpriced and had damage. The staff were clueless when asked a question and the manager refused to negotiate on ANY price. Even when a flaw(repairable, but at a cost) was pointed out she said it was out of her hands even though the item was JUST donated and SHE priced it. ALL of the Goodwill's in our town are more than happy to negotiate on higher priced items to make room for new stock. This store was a waste of part of my vacation. I even went back a different day to see if it was just a "bad" day but still overpriced crap and rude management. In act, the one closest to my house in Orange Park. FL is one of the highest earnings of all of them and the staff and management are a well oiled machine. This store in Panama City could take notes on how a THRIFT store should be run and not as a full retail store like they act. Maybe if they learned that, it would put the "GOOD" back in the Goodwill in Panama City Beach. read more

There is a huge selection of items and very helpful staff! There is great organization of the store items and signage directing customers to sections of the store. You'll find fair pricing and a ton of variety here! This is the go-to thrift store for rainy-day fun in PCB! read more
