Not the best Goodwill branch that I've been to, but definitely not the worst either! There was a lot to look through, which was good. The employees were nice as well. I think the only downfall was the organization. I would need to set aside a lot of time to be able to really get a good look at everything in there. read more

Ok, I thought Id try the Goodwill in Mountain Home AR because the ones in Wisconsin are AMAZING! I walked in and was hit by a Stink smell that was dust, dirt and god knows what else. I kept an open mind and walked further in. The utter disarray was overwhelming for sure. It was a huge space of old STINK, and messy isles. I looked around and what I saw was basically junk. Lots of Walmart cloths, stained Items, broken items, junks items and old Junk items. I dont mean old as in vintage or antique, or maybe there was some ot that buried in the clutter of filth and stink? If there was anything that caught my eye it wad damaged and should have been tossed. I did see 1 ( ONE) item being brought in as I entered that was a BEAUTIFUL baby bassinett but that is 1 item that ai didn't need or want. I was very disappointed with the layout. I just didn't like this place at all!! read more

I frequent this location often and the changing rooms have had a closed for remodel / construction for over a year and the staff goes with what the signs say which is clearly a lie . if it's theft and lack of staffing then say so just don't play me for a fool . read more

This goodwill has the best selection and constantly put out new merchandise! The staff is always smiling and friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is great! The place is kept clean and even the bathroom is nice! 'Goodwills' are typically only as good as the range of quality merchandise sold nearby. That said, this store is pretty similar to all the others located in aging strip malls in Arkansas. So I was pleasantly surprised to get three things on my first visit and two the second time. Otherwise, you'll need to hit at least three other places in a row to get the most out of shopping in Mtn. Home. There's a good one on the square and the hippie shop up the hill to the east on 62 is a must see. read more

There is nice name brand clothing here. How ever for $2-3 a shirt they should not have any stains or holes in them. This is the WORST thrift store about having clothing that ends up being junk. I set shirt after shirt aside that has holes or stains. I have boughten just to pitch shorts with cigarette holes. I can get get better clothing at yard sales for cheaper. Today I bought a winter jacket that looked brand new for $8.00. However I didn't think to check the armpit which the whole left sided armpit is ripped at the seem. And you can't take it back. So I'm stuck trying to glue in an arm pit for my winter jacket. Gee thanks Goodwill! Looks like more training needs to be done to check clothing out before hanging it up. read more

Most times I have went into the store I have had a positive experience. But this is the second time I went in and DID NOT get the correct change. Like everyone else I go in because of shortage of disposal income. This store for some reason is a rip off not only in prices, but also at the cash register. And the prices keep going up. I will re-think going back. read more
