How on earth is it legal for them to say they do not accept anyone with a disability? This non-profit organization is home to numerous reptiles, amphibians, and birds. They even have the only live bats at a nature center in all of Georgia. Admission is $5 per car/driver and $3 for each additional person in your group. This is a great spot for families. They even let my kids pet any small animal in the facility of their choosing. We were given a personal tour of the place and the hike was good for all members of the group. Since not too many people know about this place yet, there was no issue parking. Multiple attempts to follow up--including asking to speak directly with the owner and leaving our contact information--have gone completely unanswered. Our son's graduation is right around the corner, so the jacket will now be of almost no use to him. We've also heard from several other families in the community experiencing the exact same delays and lack of communication. This is completely unacceptable for a local business that specializes in custom screen printing, embroidery, and school apparel. We are demanding a full refund and will not be recommending Ideal Sports to anyone. Avoid this place if you need reliable turnaround on orders.

After the exam, I was told straight up that my dog didn't need dental cleaning, so I could not book the service. I decided to purchase heartworm preventatives using their online pharmacy, but after EIGHT attempts in a month to get the medication, the order was rejected EVERY SINGLE TIME by their veterinarian. Each time the reason was that there was a prescription on file already so they could not approve an order request, but there WAS no prescription on file to begin with. All I can assume is that Pawproject wants my dog to get heartworm infection and die. I hate Pawproject and will report them to the Georgia Board of Veterinary Medicine. Don't go there.

The owner was friendly, and he carried my items inside. He tightened one of the legs on my side table without complaining, and I was given a consignment number. Also, the nice store clerk advised me what is worth bringing in. My stuff can stay there up to a year to be sold. The split is 50/50 but in any case that's better than throwing stuff away or wasting time with a yard sale.
