I've always felt I got the best adjustments from Dr Matt but did get adjusts by the other doctors when he was out or it was more convenient to go to the closer clinic to my home. They appear to have invested heavily to train and support the new chiropractors before they placed them in the expanded facilities. They gained experience and training and used 918Chiropractic as a stepping stone (such is life). While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. While I understand the need to have a cancellation policy, I was not informed of this when I called to cancel. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that".
