For six years I used GY tire serv. on Yuma for oil and tire replacement on all four of my vehicles, and never once was I lied to or given an excuse. Last year I started using GY Tire serv. in Litchfield.The first truck for oil serv. Is a 4X4 w/ large tires and 8in lift. I told them please rotate tires because I will be getting an alignment at a place that accommodate this size truck. When I picked up my the tires were not rotated. ( I marked the tires with white chalk) The tires then were rotated. Second chance: 2006 PU that only gets used about 6K mi. per year and is garage kept Again the tires were not rotated I was told because the tires were almost 8yrs.old ( They are less than 6 yrs.) when I called them out they were willing to do the rotation. It was late and i was tired to wait. Last chance: 2006 Toyota Tires were not rotated! I was told they needed replacing soon.( Tire depth on my paper work on all 4 reads 4/32.) One tire is newer do to a replacement late last yearIt reads 7/32. Thank you GY tire serv. on Yuma rd. for confirming this last week,Thank You.for offering to replace at a prorated price. Just left this business. The experience I had was unreal. Wait time was over 30 minutes while the 9 employees were busy socializing instead of working. I was subjected to their taste in waiting room videos... language that would make a convict uncomfortable. VERY inappropriate and downright offensive. Thankfully there were no children present. We're talking very sexually and racially explicit stuff. Unbelievably there were TWO corporate reps there allowing this! In regard to my car, this place tried to rip me off and say there was something wrong with my brakes. I just had my front and back brakes done 2 weeks ago. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. They were simply trying to drum up business by lying. Especially laughable was when they explained that they thought my brakes seemed "spongy", using a subjective term so as to carefully not point to anything specific which could get them in a lot of trouble with the better Business bureau. They knew there is nothing wrong with my brakes but thought because I am a woman they could get away with flat out lying. To say that I don't recommend this place is an understatement. I'm still in shock at the lack of professionalism and downright abuse of their customers. Suffice to say I will never, ever go there again and DO NOT recommend anyone else subject themselves to this extremely unprofessional, poor excuse for a business. read more

Made an appointment for 830am. Dropped car off and was told 1 1/2 hrs. Came back to pick up car after 11am and it was NOT ready. I was told it be another1/2 hr more. FYI ,It still was sitting in parking lot at 1120am. I watched them pull car into bay. Walked around shopping area for 1/2 hour came back and still NOT ready. 1226pm car was ready. I am usually cautious when I do business with some tire and auto centers. If you don't know much about auto repair, take someone with you that does! I previously went here for a leak in a tire. I was told that they wouldn't repair the tire because the tread was too thin at the shoulder of the tire. I disagreed. In my opinion the tire still had thousands of miles on it. This trip, I had a slow leak on my wife's vehicle. The vehicle has very low mileage and the tires are in excellent shape with no visible signs of damage. The very first thing that I was told was "I sure hope that there is no damage to the sidewall". Be afraid when you hear comments such as these! I left my car off at 11A. At 4:30, I went down to see how it was going. They still hadn't started on the vehicle. There was a different person there that told me that he was the manager. He went out to look at the tire himself. He came back in and told me that he couldn't find a leak. I told him that I had to add air to the tire three different times and suggested that it might be the schrader valve, so he replaced it and told me that there was no charge. We will keep an eye on it. I do appreciate the manager looking at the tire himself and not being told that I needed a new tire. Keith, the manager, was friendly and professional. This visit was a positive experience and appreciate the honesty. I do like Goodyear tires and wouldn't hesitate to purchase new ones. read more

I got a last minute flat tire the night before the 4th of July. The next morning, I called so many tire shops and they were all closed for the holiday. When I called Goodyear Auto Service, the phone number was answered within a few rings and I was informed I could be assisted as a walk in today. I got to the location and it's easily visible from the main road (Indian school). There is ample parking space so I did not need to worry about finding a parking stall. Once I walked in, I was greeted by an associate immediately. The lobby was clean and had no weird odors thankfully. I explained to the associate what I needed and he advised the request was not an issue and they will get started on it. There were a few vehicles ahead of me so I expected there to be a wait (especially as a last minute walk in). To my surprise I was still in and out of the store within 30 minutes. I already had a backup tire so that was the tired used to replace the spare tire. The service was around $25 and that is not a bad price at all in my opinion. The service department at Horne Mazda is absolute garbage. After having our car for nearly 30 days and almost $10,000 in repairs the car was worse than when it arrived. It shook dangerously and made loud noises. It did not feel safe to take our children in. We brought it in for several visits where even the employees noted that the repairs were unacceptable. The mechanics sent videos of the engine shaking and noted that it was normal due to the only parts available. We finally went to Wilhelm for a second opinion and they had to do several repairs due to the errors that Mazda made. The "only available parts" we were told were not correct. Wilhelm had all repairs done in less than 48 hours. Mazda refuses to acknowledge their errors and their customer service has been atrocious. The general manager told us to take him to court rather than make right what their staff had done to our family vehicle. read more

I used to get good service here. I called and made an appointment for today. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was told that I had no appointment. They asked for my phone number and confirmed that I had the 2013 Mini. The guy told me that that didn't have the oil filter for my car. There is an auto parts store right next door!! Had 4 tires replaced. It took them 3 hours to replace those 4 tire from the time the car was pulled into the garage until the tires were replaced. The mechanics in the garage moved like snales when they did work, the rest of the time they kept running in and out of the waiting area or bullshitting in the garage. If you are waiting for your vehicle I wouldn't recommend this business. So that is 5 customers that you have just lost because of your shady Litchfield Park AZ store. My husband took our Acura to get an oil change and rotate and balance the tires. As we have for the last 5 or so years. You are the only ones who have changed the oil for us. He gets a call about 1 1/2 hours after we dropped it off to tell him that the oil pan is stripped and they cannot guarantee it. Well if it was stripped it was stripped from them. As the are the ONLY ones who have changed the oil in years! Why would you not guarantee work that was previously done by you? They wanted to price gouge him to get a new oil pan that we would have to pay for due to the negligence of your employees!! You broke it you should make it right! Came in for oil change. Was told I needed a battery. My son-in-law had just replaced my battery 2 weeks prior. I asked how they came to that decision. Was told "it's testing around 560, should be over 600" (What???!!!). Stated it was brand new. Robert then back tracked and said I must have gotten a "bad battery". Left my car out front of Goodyear store and walked 15 feet to the O'Reillys next door in the same shopping center where I purchased my battery. O'Reilly employee came out & tested my battery and alternator. Both were good. Clearly this Goodyear tries to scam customers into paying for unnecessary repairs. Sad they lost a customer over the price of a battery. UPDATE: Store also said I needed to have my back brakes replaced. Took vehicle to another repair shop and was told there is NOTHING wrong with my front or back brakes! read more

Went in to get my AC fixed before Christmas. They had told me it would be $1800 to fix. Made an appointment for a couple of days before Christmas to get it fixed. Drove in from CA. 2 days before I was supposed to bring in my truck they called me and cancelled. I took time off from work and made arrangements for transportation. Went to a place in CA to get my AC looked at and the place fixed it he AC for $125. Goodyear lied and tried to take money from me and do unnecessary repairs. If your a woman they will treat you like you are clueless and if your a minority don't you dare ask any questions.... here's what happened, Drove in and had to get towed to a different repair shop. I took my truck to get the breaks inspected,a service they normally charge for, but didn't that day. Dropped it off in morning, after hours of not hearing anything. I get it maybe they are busy. I call to see what's going on. Immediately I get told, Oh, sorry we tried to call you?! Nope, not 1 missed call. The associate on the phone starts telling me it's all bad. I need new calipers, roters and break pads out the door it's going to cost you about $900.00!?! What?! Went back and forth trying to understand, because, this sounds ridiculous. I just drove down there. My breaks were not even squeaking or anything like that. After calling some other locations,I realize need to get my truck out of this place. Especially after being asked multiple times if I was interested in applying for their financing options. I told him I will be by to get my vehicle. Said ok, they will have it ready for me. I show up, my truck is still suspended in the air. The person that I spoke with originally said it would be out shortly they had to do a secondary inspection? Then the manager, Greg, jumps in, as if we had a conversation before. Wait the truck?! We tried calling you but we had the wrong phone number. That was lie #1, your employee never said that... I would recommend you not drive it. It's bad, we told you this on the phone! Lie#2 none of this was Said to me on the phone...you wouldn't want to do any damage to it. It's like metal on metal...I told him I will be taking my vehicle some where else. And in a matter of fact tone he said, OK, it's going to be 30-40 minutes, we are very short staffed. Lie #4 a customer walks in with in minutes of me taking a seat to wait for my vehicle. Greg's response to her is, yea not a problem, we should be able to get that taken care of for you fairly quickly?! Really?! You just said you were under-staffed?! I decided to wait outside because this guy apparently just lies to all the customers he comes in contact with. 35 minutes later here comes this young tech. Struggling to park the vehicle. We watched him back and forth and back and forth and back and forth...and again. Finally parked. As he exist the vehicle he walked behind it toward the right passenger side tire and looks down, then attempts to pick something off the ground. He leaves it and quickly runs to get his manager. Greg,(manager) comes out. At this point I am there standing next to the truck looking at the vehicle and a piece of the broken break pad. I can hear the tech say, It just fell out. And silence when they realized I was right there. Greg stays outside and tries to explain, we can't drive like this. He recommended we get the services done. Or towed out of here?! I'm just trying to wrap my head around what the he'll they just did to my truck?! You guys did this, no...then my SO walks up to see what's going on and bow Greg acts like the victim, with his racist I feel like I am being attacked remark. Why? Because we are minorities and are questioning what just happened and your shop or you the MANAGER, are not taking any accountability?! Ended up calling the police, they intentionally messed with the vehicle to force us to get the work done there, this cost us time, additional expenses to tow the vehicle, and even more $$$ to fix what they messed up. Also, I never signed anything to allow anyone to take anything apart. It was going to be a simple Inspection. I will post this experience on every review site, the BBB, and filed a complaint to the Attorney General Office. These crooks cannot keep screwing people over like this. read more

I do not recommend this place. After having them fix one tire my car started shaking and having many issues. Newer vehicle. I brought it back and they told me the rim was bent but didn't notice this the first time? I bought a new rim and had them fix it which took them 9 hours to do so. I needed an oil change, a flat fixed, and my tires rotated. I think they changed my oil with new oil, but I haven't checked yet. They didn't actually fix the flat. They didn't rotate my tires. I left with less than 10 lbs of tire pressure. They said it would take 2.5 hours. I called after 4 hours. They said they'd call me back in 5 minutes. They didn't. I called them back 20 minutes later and got my car out. I said no to over 1k in potential up-sells. The mechanic was rude. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else. read more
