This is my Go-To Goodyear shop. I drove for Lyft so I'm on the shop every other month for maintenance and the team at this location is just magnificent. Diana is the customer advisor there and not only does she treat me with respect every single time, she's extremely sweet, smart and makes sure she communicates in a timely fashion. I've never had a problem with the mechanics work either. But I mostly only deal with Diana. And she gives me nothing but respect and I love chatting with her. This used to be my go-to shop for vehicle maintenance on all my vehicles for many years, but that has changed recently. Justin, (the former manager who was fantastic) has left and the quality of service has declined significantly. When I brought my pickup in for a scheduled service yesterday, they didn't have any record of the appointment I had scheduled. Then the service technician rotated the tires when I had specifically asked them not to (they had already been rotated), and she recorded brake pad thicknesses that were far higher than in the past and nowhere close to accurate. In addition, the service advisor I spoke to at the counter seemed to have very limited automotive knowledge and appeared to be learning on the job. Not a good experience, and I won't be returning. read more

Stopped in today to get my oil changed and a couple of codes diagnosed. They found a problem with the oxygen sensor and confirmed that I also need a new catalytic converter. They were very kind and even though I had hoped they might be able to get to my oxygen sensor today, they weren't able to get the part in but apologized to me even though they didn't have to. We always take both of our vehicles here for routine maintenance. The work is well done and they usually will give us a discount because we are such loyal customers. There are a couple of chairs and a TV if you are waiting for tour car, as well as complimentary coffee and several vending machines. The interior is always clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance, or they will drop you off, if you don't want to wait. We think their prices are reasonable and they do good work. read more

I rarely go through the effort of giving a review but felt like people need to be aware of how the Melody Dr. location operates when considering where to get your vehicle serviced. Justin and his team deserve a 5 star rating for providing the level of care they do to their customers... and if they can be rated higher for their honesty and integrity I would give them a 10. My Chrysler Pacifica wouldn't start one morning and put my battery on a charger and seemed to hold a charge so I asked Justin - without an appointment - if he could squeeze me in to isolate the problem, told me to drop it off and see what he could do later that day. My feeling was that he would identify a bad alternator and I'd have to spend a mini fortune to fix it, so I took it in and left my car in his capable hands. Later that afternoon he called and said that his records showed since I'd purchased the battery last year and was showing still under warranty they went ahead and replaced it at no charge since everything else tested to be functioning well. I was prepared to not only pay for a new battery but to also deal with a hefty repair bill if it needed it but because of Justin's integrity I paid nothing! Thank you Justin and his amazing & talented team for your hard work and honest business practices. You've restored my faith that there are still good people doing honest work! I stopped by this shop as I had a flat tire coming home from Denver. The technician that looked at my tire told me it was irreparable and that I would have to get new tires, he also called someone over to check who confirmed that I would need new tires. Then the manager came by with pricing for all new tires and suggested I would need four new tires rather than just one. (Mind you, I bought my car with new tires just about a year ago) Using my best judgment, I simply drove home with the flat tire. Today, I was able to go to Big O Tire and they patched my tire and sent me home-for free! This shows much better customer service and honesty. I would not recommend Goodyear due to their dishonesty and looking to make a sale rather than caring about the well-being of their customers. read more

2 minutes ago I took my 2010 Nissan Murano here for the first time in the summer of 2019 for new tires and they did an amazing job. The store manger and the other manager were both absolutely some of the nicest most genuine people which is hard to say for many car places. The price for installation of the tires was fair (I had already ordered the actual tires online) and I've been taking my cars here for everything ever since. I've had new tires put in my Ford Fiesta, and they changed my front brakes for me, and most recently fixed my AC and a overheating problem with my Fiesta. I honestly feel like I trust them to be honest with me about the issue of the car and not give me a ten page list of all the expenses I'm sure they could try and get me for. Once while I was waiting one of the managers was talking to me about how his wife and him were fixing to have another baby (I was like 8 months pregnant at the time) and it just seemed like he was a regular family guy just coming to work to help other people and provide for his family and store manager and I chopped it up about working retail/service industry (I'm a retail store manager too) and THAT'S what it's about. Being able to know the people working on your car and trusting them to do it right. Both the managers there are full of integrity and honestly I will continue to bring my cars there in the future for anything. They pricing is fair and honestly even if it was more pricey I would keep taking them there just because I trust them to do it right. Definitely recommend! read more

I brought my car in a few weeks ago when I ran over a nail. I called Firestone and they said they wouldn't be able to fit me in that day. They were flat out rude to me! I then called Goodyear and they said to come on in and he would squeeze me in once he was done with his current customer. I brought my car right in and Mitchell had my tire fixed within 45 min! He even fixed it for free! Talk about customer service! I'm so thankful for them and that I found this place. I will definitely be coming back in the future for all of my tire needs. read more

I'm giving them a 2 star review instead of a 1 star ONLY because they do a free tire rotation with the oil change (for the same price as others). The reason I'm giving them such a low review is they are clearly trying to take advantage of a woman who, admittedly, doesn't know much about cars. I got a call halfway through my oil change saying I needed to "fix" to items; one being the cabin air filter and the other being a two step fuel injector cleaning. I denied the service since they wanted to charge me, get this, $110 to change my cabin filter and $190 for the fuel injector cleaning. After getting home, I contacted several people who know much more about cars than I do and did some research on my own. It turns out the fuel injector cleaning, based from my own research and the reassurance of several others, was unnecessary. With newer cars (mine's a 2016), it's a possible upkeep/maintenance option at 100,000 miles (mine has about 31,000). The cabin air filter? $19 part on Amazon, and it took me, someone who has never done more than change a flat tire, less then 60 seconds to move the glove box, remove the old filter, and put in the new. They wanted to charge me over $100 for this thinking I didn't know any better. I have voicemails saved that directly quote them saying the cabin air filter and two step fuel injector cleaning. He also showed me the filter when I got back to try and guilt me into paying $110 for it. I spoke to a friend who goes to the Goodyear location in Arvada and they have only charged him (yes, him) $20 to change the same filter previously. This just confirms my suspicions of the age old screw over women at auto shops theory. Don't go to this location. I haven't had a chance to try any other Goodyear locations, but I will absolutely not be trusting them with service going forward. read more

Brought my car in for a flat tire. Left about an hour later with a patched up tire and they reset my sensor that was reading incorrectly. All for free. Took my car in for an oil change to this Goodyear and they said I also needed back brake pads, rotors and calipers despite my car doing nothing out of the ordinary. Took it a week later to a nearby family owned shop and within 10 minutes they found I still had 1-2 months of pads on my back brakes left and my rotors and calipers were fine. 120 dollars vs the 1200 dollars I was quoted by Goodyear. read more

I took my car for an oil change, after having an emisions test a few weeks earlier when the gave ne the bill they gave me another paper with a list of everything that needed to be fixed that came up to 900+ dollars . I will not return to make a tire purchase here. I had a scheduled appointment at 4:00pm. Someone was supposed to call me when my vehicle was ready but I never received a call, so I showed up at 7pm (closing time). The receptionist said that the staff left and she had no idea what was going on or that my vehicle was even still being worked on. I sat there waiting for another hour for my alignment to be completed. Poor customer service and wait times, considering I just spent $1000. It's takes an hour to do an oil change. Most places I've gone it's closer to 20 minutes so that seems outrageous. But the customer service was good. 20.00 for an oil change isn't bad either. I'd still go elsewhere before spending another hour getting an oil change. read more

I've taken my cars to several auto repair shops around town and have never dealt with a better company. They repair my car quickly and I never have issues with my cars after they are repaired. I just had my Audi fixed yesterday and they diagnosed and fixed a problem the dealer missed. I have had several issues with dealers and their service and not one problem here. Josh beat the out the door price versus all of my other quotes in order to gain my business as a new customer. I am very happy with the tires and service that I received. Got an alignment on my brand new truck (2100 miles) after a level kit was installed. At 9950 miles brought it to Ford for an oil change 6 months later. Front tires were worn 1mm more on the outside. Would not re-do alignment because I was 10 days over the 6 month mark. Way to stand behind your work. read more

Stay away! I thought I would give a small local business a chance instead of going to my big car dealership, big mistake! I told them to put in a new battery, while rotating my tires. It took them over 9 hours to put in, obviously they can't work on new model cars, 4 months later my car started having issues with starting and staying running, so I thought it was an engi e problem, took to my dealership, they checked everything in case it was under warranty, well it was a defective battery from Good Years battery supplier. It cost me $250 to have dealership put in a GOOD BATTERY and $100 for a rental car. I called Goid Year, took them copies if all the receipts, they wouldn't do anything! I had to deal with t bff dir customer service dept. In God knows where, they finally refunded me $154 for their worthless battery and forgot to tell you about the lousy wipers I had them put on at the same time of battery. I said put on new wipers, I have SUV, so there are 3 wipers, first rain storm, couldn't see; they smeared the water. Took car back to Goid Year and they pulled up the records, they had installed 1 wipers! Brilliant! They gave me a new front 2 wipers, which I returned after first rain storm. They have totally turned over the entire staff, which obviously they needed to do but they are rude and incompetent; especially manager. He mysteriously lost most of the papers that had to be faxed to their main office. Needless to say, if they go out of business, it will not surprise me. I just wanted to warn other people, especially women, who do not know mechanics to go elsewhere! I guess I have to give them 1 star in order to post but they don't even deserve 1! read more

My husband and I had driven our car from Oregon to Colorado for our son's wedding. Unfortunately, we experienced a flat tire, however, our tires were under warranty. As the out-of-town mother of the groom, I desperately needed my car to help prepare for the wedding that was in a few days. I also had out-of-town family members to pick up from the airport. I called the shop and was told that they were very busy and it might be a few days. When I explained my situation the staff was so nice and said they could fit me in and I could get my car the next day. I can't even believe what a relief that was to hear and how their willingness to help me immediately brought my wedding stress level down. Steve and Dana were so wonderful to work with. They took care of my tire problem and I had my car back the next morning.
