The ambience is modern, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends or family. The outdoor seating and overall vibe make the place feel very welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The food and coffee were fresh and well prepared, and the staff was friendly and efficient even during busy hours. The entire Google Visitor Center area is beautifully maintained, making it a great spot to walk around, explore, and unwind. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area -- a great combination of good food, atmosphere, and a unique experience!

Well well well! So I finally made it over to the café, and it was a bit crowded today, thanks to a visiting group from a Senior Citizen Center who arrived by van. We were seated outside, which was great because we could enjoy the fresh air while having lunch. As for the Google experience, the lunch isn't exactly what Google employees receive for free, but it gives a taste of it. While it's not free, the prices are somewhat reasonable. My meal included a turkey club sandwich (which was quite good), a bowl of butternut squash soup, veggie chips, and a s'mores cookie. With tax, the total was $24.00. Interestingly, they do not accept tips, suggesting that employees are paid well enough not to need them! While I was having lunch, a lady and her baby were nearby, and the baby looked over and said "goo goo." I smiled back and joked, "Google," then I immediately checked my stock--just kidding! If you find yourself in the Mountain View area, the café is close to Shoreline Amphitheatre and Shoreline Park, nestled by the San Francisco Bay. It was a nice change of pace. Just think: if you worked for Google, breakfast, lunch, and dinner would all be included, and you wouldn't need to go to a bar--everything is part of their impressive all-inclusive experience. Next time I feel the itch to explore a new world within our own, I'll definitely head over to the café again!

I found this place on TikTok and decided to stop by. I came on a Saturday. They have a free parking lot and there's a shuttle that passes every 5 minutes. There's a lot of walking area where you see sculptures. They have a cafe where you can order food and drinks. They have a store where they sell phones, coffee mugs, stickers, and shirts. There's also a walking area across the street. Everything was sold at a great price even the food. The customer service is great. My son really loved the experience great activity for kids on the weekend.

This is just for their Rose Matcha... it's so incredibly bitter. I added a bunch of oat milk and sugar and it was still really horrible. I even went back and asked if it's supposed to be so bitter even after adding sugar and they said yes...I threw it out and asked if I could just get a drip coffee instead. I don't even normally get very sweet drinks but this was crazy. Maybe the barista didn't do it right. ‍ Two stars because they let me get a drip instead

Charming cafe right next to the Google store and open to the public and adjacent to a City of Mountain View park and beautiful tall redwoods with a nice small clean well lit modern cafe. There is a selection of breakfast foods, light lunch fare such as soup or salad. Also an espresso bar for hand made drinks. All food items are reasonably priced. Nice kid play and learn room in the back if you have a future engineer. Free parking. Highly recommend.

It's just a café... [Mountain View CA] If you're just looking for a good cup of coffee or a place to get some work done, this café is available to you and just like any other coffee shop/restaurant, you just park your car in the lot and walk in. If you live in Mountain View, you now have a cute café to hang out and do some work. The café is just to the right of the Google Store. The menu included a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, snack, and drink options. We placed our order for a classic grilled cheese and a glass of lemonade. I picked up my drink at the beverage section and my grilled cheese at the opposite end (I was given a buzzer pager). Lovely café with good food and a great atmosphere. If it were by itself elsewhere I wouldn't be able to tell that it had anything to do with Google. There is nothing "Google-themed" inside. Review #3945

Good place to kill about two hours and grab a bite! The food here is very affordable based on Bay Area standards. Service was quick and the cafe was clean. I enjoyed the food here, but the drinks were not that great. Love how they have an assortment of pastries and desserts as well.

Beautiful massive office. However, visitor can only visit the store and cafe. There is also big out door park area. Plenty of parking space and helpful staff.

I love this place. They have samples of the seasonal desserts and it's pretty big so I really didn't have to get one. I got a salad Autumn Chicken Apple Salad Greens blend of kale, radicchio and treviso tossed in a creamy honey crisp apple vinaigrette. Topped with pickled cranberries, granny smith apple, gorgonzola cheese and sweet candied walnuts $9 It was so good and big I couldn't even finish it so I brought it home! To drink I had a Caramel Latte and the dessert was a sample of the Matcha cake. You should go try it and after go for a walk around the campus. Service was excellent so helpful and they make you want to visit again. So thanks for a nice day. Ambiance is very nice and relaxing too. Inside or out. Then after you eat go see the bear made of pennies and see the other art exhibits.

Let me start by saying we absolutely loved our experience here and would like to thank Google for providing a public place for visitors to experience. It's clean- parking was free! Easily accessible- friendly staff- Store was well stocked with merchandise and employees to answer any questions. They also offer free water and their danishes were delicious. Definitely going back .

Nice vibes, ok location. Parking is quite a bit of walk away. The coffee is more affordable than most in this area, but the quality (hoping it was just my drink) was pretty bad. Possibly one of the worst lattes I've had to pay for. Got their butter noodles which was ok, with a plain and choco croissant which were ok as well. Cute place to chill tho!

If you've never been ! Come! You won't regret it. We came up for a country concert! Wow I'm in love with the whole Google experience the café reading that I had to offer lots of beautiful streets to go biking on They even have an a short distance a whole movie theater. There are so many things here to do trip around and walk. It's just so nice and the food here is absolutely amazing as well. Service was great. Everybody's very welcoming. I've only had one gentleman that did not know any answers other than that everybody else seem very well versed

Nice location - lots of parking and we love to have found a Vietnamese coffee place. I typically get the egg coffee but decided to go with their new Peanut Butter Latte and I'm so glad I did. It comes already with oat milk which is perfect. I will say - for the large the ratio on cream to coffee was little off. I'd prefer less of the cream and more coffee but it was still delicious and refreshing - not too sweet and had a lot of the PB flavor. Hubby got the Pandan Matcha. He loved it - though it was a bit too sweet for him so he waited for the ice to melt a bit. Not sure if we could have adjusted the sweetness. Youngest got the Banana Latte and devoured it quickly. I like how they have different kind of drinks from alcohol to coffees to teas and more. Eh service, especially after my experience. I was intrigued by their matcha drinks and Salted Cream Jasmine Tea. I ended up picking the latter. My drink took a pretty long time to get - last in my group, but eventually they called out my order. When I finally got it, it was very dark like coffee, so I asked the employee, if this was my order - the Salted Cream Jasmine Tea. She double checked and confirmed the name and drink. I was still skeptical about it, but since the employee confirmed it was order, we just left after we all got our drinks. After leaving, I tried my drink (which I should had before I left) and it was definitely coffee and it was super strong (I do not like or drink coffee at all). It was not worth going back, so I just tossed it after only 2 sips, which was a bummer because it was almost $8 drink and they gave me the wrong drink, even though I double checked with them.

Craftsman and Wolves is a killer crafts bakery that makes the perfect Kouign-amann. The shop does many things including a signature bread pudding, small in size but big in flava. Measures maybe two and a half inches diameter, an inch thick. Packs a wonderful wowie punch with the seasonally ripe berries and fruit, plus a few pieces of specialty chocolate. My friend who knows from excellent pastries says the goods at C and W are special because the sugars in each item are balanced, not excessive. The goodies we sampled together were scrumptious. Somehow even my pedestrian palate senses that these dessert thingies are distinctive and of ultra quality. Ambiance-wise, it's a noisy place with a few tables lining the windows. You are elbow to elbow practically against neighbouring tables. I know I heard every syllable of the conversation going on to my right-hand side. Craftsman crew were mad busy, but always with smiles and ready to help customers. You won't find any bakery bites that are not delectable at Craftsman and Wolves. Kool yummy easy five stars.

Small coffee shop sized with maybe seating for a dozen inside and a few small tables outside. I wasn't too familiar with their offerings, but I did know that it was chef driven and dedicated to quality. And in my short peek, I somewhat was able to confirm that. Drip Coffee (4*) Solid, bold and enough smoothness for me to want to savor it. Not as dark and roasty as Peets but good enough for me, especially to go with their delectable pastries. Kouign Amman (5*) I love B Patisserie's version that is flaky but saturated in buttery sugar, that I can only tolerate 1 of those at a time. Very rich and decadent. I have never seen a version quite like Craftmans and Wolves but that is what I found adoring. The exterior almost seems fried like a doughnut/cronut but totally not sure. It kinda had that bubbled exterior but not blatantly obvious. And there was just enough sugar cooked into it that it made it stealthy sweet, I'd say easily half the amount of sugar as B Pâtisserie's. Not that I would eat 2 of these in one sitting, but I easily could. Croissant Pudding (5*) They do these tiny mini bread puddings that can be heated up. We chose it as is, room temp and it was still fantastic. They use croissants as the 'bread' so it isn't as dense as a regular bread pudding. But their custard to bread ratio was masterful and this version (think they change the variations often) has burst of fresh raspberry and chunks of Dulce which is like a caramelized/browned white chocolate made by Valrhona. (I had to look that ingredient up as I never heard until now.) And to take alternate bites between the flaky and unique Kouign Amman and the creamy and slightly dense pudding with sips of quality black coffee, just initiated me an avid fan of Craftsman and Wolves. Seriously smacks!

(Underrated luxury.) Now, the hotel itself? Visually... a moment. It looked like someone invested serious money into it, but the design felt a little space-meets-startup-meets-what's-happening-here. Some elements felt elevated, others felt a bit makeshift. I genuinely couldn't tell what the theme was -- futuristic? celestial? boutique-on-a-budget? I'm still processing. The front desk team was clearly well-trained and knowledgeable -- they had every answer, every stat, every rate breakdown ready. But the warmth? Missing. I was hoping for a little storytelling since I'd never heard of the hotel before, and instead got a very matter-of-fact "we've been here five years" energy. Efficient, yes. Inviting, not quite. But let's talk about why you're really here: the coffee shop. Completely different vibe. Two people working, both genuinely happy, welcoming, and quick. We ordered a latte and a matcha to go -- total was about $22, which made me blink for a second -- but then I tasted the matcha. Oh. This wasn't the overly sweet, dusty-green situation you sometimes get. It tasted clean. Real. High-quality. The kind of matcha that feels intentional. I love Firehouse in Marin, but this? This was closer to serious coffee roaster-level quality. Smooth, organic-tasting, beautifully balanced. You could tell they care about what they're serving. Branding was strong, the space was cute, and I could absolutely see myself sitting there with my laptop pretending I'm writing something important. We grabbed ours to go, but it had that easy, airy, "stay awhile" energy. Would I book the hotel? Jury's still out. They don't have an in-house spa and mentioned bringing in third-party services for certain amenities, which made it feel a little less full-service than I expected. Would I go back for the coffee shop? Without hesitation. Delicious drinks, easy parking, quick service, and a vibe that actually makes you want to come back. Sometimes the side character steals the show -- and in this case, it's 100% the matcha.

Because, once again, I was distracted by the quality of the food, and there would be no way for me to do anything else, but to eat! Today, I was in the mood for something more than a salad (much as I wanted to preset what I had the first time coming here, I made a concerted effort to order something else...), thus I chose the Forager Flatbread. It took less time to make this time (roughly about five minutes after ordering), and when it came out, I marveled at how it looked like a work of art! Just beautiful! Each piece of herbed formage blanc flatbread had a nice, crunchy bottom (but not blackened) and a slightly tanginess, with a a good amount of "hen-of-the-wood" mushrooms, sweet roasted garlic and a bed of arugula. My, oh, my! My first bite was a multi-level extravaganza! The crunch of the bread, followed by the aroma of the herbs and arugula, then the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the roasted garlic, the earthiness of the mushrooms - all came together as just a wonderful work of culinary art! This being my first time eating today, my saliva glands just fired off at first bite, causing a bit of intense pain from too much saliva shooting out. But, seriously, this was a very delicious entree, that I enjoyed from start to finish! Bravo for this second joyous experience!
