Because Maciej didnt like the discovery questions that we were asked, without my knowledge or consent, he sent them a series of invasive and obnoxious discovery questions, in his own words, just to be a pain in their ass. Maciej claimed that the other attorney had agreed to forego the discovery process. In actuality, Maciej missed the deadline for our discovery answers to be sent to the other attorney. In addition to having to pay for Maciej's "services," the court ordered that I would have to pay my ex wifes attorney fees too exclusively because discovery wasn't filed on time. To make it better, Maciej's obnoxious discovery questions that he sent them was thrown out for lack of relevance. Maciej is a lazy lawyer. He has no business working with people on important matters.
