We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. Molly then walked me to the dressing room and explained what I needed to do for my X-rays. Not long after undressing and sitting in the waiting room, I was promptly greeted by Lori. She walked me to the X-ray room, explained what I needed to do, and gave very simple instructions. Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. I will return to this location for future diagnostic imaging.
