I just purchased the drinking water system. Everyone from the sales rep that came out to test my water and let me know if I needed the system to the service tech who came out and installed the system was not only friendly and professional, but also very knowledgeable about the systems and equipment they have. It was all done so quick. The service tech that came out to do the install (Jarrid) was fast and efficient. Then took the time to go over step by step what I would need to do to care for the system. Very helpful guy!! While he was there, he had to check on my water softener that I had purchased from them back in 2000... again, very helpful! If anyone is looking for a new system, don't hesitate to give these guys a call. They will come test your water and honestly tell you what you need, not try to sell you more than you want. Once again, Gordon Brothers Water and its employees went above and beyond expectations! After having our Kinetico Water System installed a couple of weeks ago, I decided to have them come out and replace our old well pump with a new one. Jesse did such a good job for us the first time, that I requested him to come out again. Jesse was gracious enough to come out on a Saturday morning, after working over 50 hours that week, and did another fantastic job for us! He worked quickly, was tidy and neat, and even took the time to remove some of the old piping that was no longer being used because of the installation. All in all, it has been a great experience using Gordon Brothers for our water system upgrades, and I would highly recommend them, and especially their Technition, Jesse Williams, for similar projects. We purchased a new water softener and drinking water system. The initial sales representative who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the water test and the results. She also helped us determine what type of system we would like to purchase with a breakdown of costs and comparisons. The installation was scheduled quickly and completed quickly as well. The service installer went over everything that was installed and showed me what maintenance needed to be completed and when. He was very friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. A representative called after the installation to make sure everything was satisfactory and the sales rep also called to make sure everything was completed. Mark, ( with Dusten's-help when he wasn't at his other job) installed our new chlorinating system on 5.31.16. Mark was professional, neat and very patient at explaining the equipment and how it worked. He repositioned my salt tank and several other water softener components ( from a previous install ) so it would be easier to access. He did this by showing me several different layouts he could do and wanted to know which would make it easier for me. I very much appreciated his thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Jesse W. is a hard worker and showed up on time and began his work promptly and was able to get the job done professionally, correctly, and with in manageable time. We had our old system removed and a new system placed in a crawl space the company did everything we asked and our water is great again. Jarrid and Jesse did a great job and we're very knowledgable, but I do feel as though being on time and working as team to get the job done is very important and that Jarrid could improve on that. read more

Mark and Steve arrived on time, and on point. They quickly, quietly, courteously, installed our soft water system and drinking water system. They were as polite as they were professional. they engineered the plumbing, installed entire system, and hooked it up to our Scotsman ice maker. These guys could not have been nicer.
