So on my last visit I had gone in to buy a bread. On my way at the checkout I very casually mentioned to the cashier that I had bought my snacks in July and the Skinny pops were expired in May. To this she said oh I'm sorry due to lesser staff we are a bit slow in replacing items on racks. I paid for my bread and left. As soon as I sat in the car I knew this wasn't an great excuse she should have asked me to bring back the product and the receipt and should have honored an exchange or return. This is the least they got have done. I hate to write poor reviews just because of one staff did not know how to tackle a legit concern/issue. This could have been easily fixed by her asking me to bring back the product. I hope the manager sees this review it can help them in coaching their staff to better customer service.You can not be selling expired products period..pandemic or no pandemic!

We stopped by here to buy some goodies and had a very positive experience…read more 1) The employees were very friendly and helpful. 2) The store was very clean and most people were obeying social distancing. 3) They had a lot of gluten and dairy free treats. This location was really fun to check out but it was smaller than some of the other locations and it was missing some items I would normally buy at Goodness Me. With that being said, it was still a great experience and we came home with some goodies to eat and cook at home.
