I love chatting with the technicians while waiting for the ortho but sometimes it's a long wait. One time I had to wait 36 minutes and no one chatted with me; which is fine but I felt a little forgotten in that back room waiting by myself tipped backward. Also I'd like some things explained more like we are moving your zebras to help this etc. Without these items I'd say a definite 10. I heard horror stories of your competitors so keep doing well. :)

After not seeing a dentist in about 7 years, I was kinda nervous as most people would be about getting a cleaning. But as I walked in the door, I felt surprisingly calm, relaxed, and feeling good. I didn't have to wait super long and once I went back for my appointment, I was greeted by my very friendly and amazing Hygienist! She was very helpful, kind, caring, and respectful! Unlike some dentists offices, this one has the friendliest staff! I can't thank Horizon west dental enough for what they've done for me and my dental health!
