She even made herself available to us after we brought him home to answer any further questions we might have and to help us with the transition of having Oliver (our new name for him) in our home. I have only positive things to say about Lovebugs Rescue. The process of rescuing Oliver was smooth. I was told when the account was set up that I would receive a 10% discount on all orders. I was told tough and the owner sets the prices. I was also told that "ladies clothes are expensive". I really have no choice but to go here but always get anxiety before going in to pick up clothes because I know the cost/price will be over $10 per item. Today it was $163 for 13 items. It is not really the money that bothers me but the attitude by all that work there. The owner's son just came in and he is a hard worker. There are two times marked Fancy and I guess that is subjective. I didn't want to make a scene and left after I paid the bill. It was disconcerting that my ask on the discount was outright dismissed and after I was made a promise when I started the account several years ago. Not sure what the future shall bring and I'm not inclined to have any future conversation with these folks regarding the issue presented above.
