    Extra for kitchen view

This is my 3rd time at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas. Made a reservation ahead of time for kitchen view - it's $20 per person. Well worth it if you are a fan of the show like I am. I got the prix fix menu for $105 and got scallops, beef welli and the world famous sticky toffee pudding. Wife got braised short rib. I also got the cocktail ube paradise and I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best alcoholic drinks I've ever had. Total came out to $237 and well worth it for the ambiance, the great food and the great service (big shout out to Gregory our server and also the one who kept filling our waters non stop).

WHAT IN THE GORDON RAMSAY's HELL'S KITCHEN IS REALLY GOING ON?? My BFF traveled from Cali a few weeks back. Mother's Day weekend she was here to be exact. She'd expressed to me that she wanted to have an Amazing dining experience at Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. Being that I lived here in Vegas and No One in my Yelp Eilte, All-Star, or Black & Gold Badge circle has EVER said ANYTHING to me in our food convo's as if this is an experience and you MUST try it for yourself. When my Bestie asked me, Sis has any one in your Yelp group dined there? I did inquire and several friends had mixed reviews. This made me a tad bit leery so I went and read a number of not so Hot reviews from other Brutha's, and Sista's in the Yelp Community. They ALL had similar dining experiences. I went back expressed my concerns to my Bestie being that she was so gun ho on dining here. Welp that's what we did. I should've known when she was able to get reservations a day or two before the Mothers Day weekend and one of my Yelp Sista's had already informed me that she had to make reservations a MONTH in advance but my BFF was able to get a table for two in less than 72 hours was surprising and eyebrow raising for me. As the day hit, we traveled downtown parked in the Caesar's Palace Hotel and Casino area $50 bucks was for parking but we wanted to be closer than close to the restaurant. Diamond card holders get different promotions unfortunately I wasn't. I left two of the Valet guys tips. They were awesome, cause I was unaware that we weren't supposed to park in the Valet area to dine at Hell's Kitchen without being a rewards card holder. Eventually we ended up becoming reward card holders (FYI). I ended up telling my Bestie to go check us in, while I pay the Valet and get the ticket. We both were unaware that the entire reservation party had to be in the restaurant before we could be seated. I was a few minutes away from walking in the HK doors. I'm not gonna lie, it's a lovely decor of Glitz & Glamour throughout the restaurant. I do believe that's what we're paying for. Cause the food that was delivered to my BFF was a DRY SSA piece of steak that had nothing else with it. *DISCLAIMER} If you have ALLERGIES to ONIONS DO NOT ATTEMPT to DINE HERE!!! My BFF is HIGHLY ALLERGIC to Onions. The Chefs' didn't have any types of substitutes for her. I ended up ordering the Braised Beef, my meal was very small but it was decent. I ended up eating her dessert the Toffee Pudding, and Ice Cream was also very warm, and rich in flavor. I was very pleased with my meal. In a matter of 15 minutes my BFF asked Sandra our Server for the check. I promised her I wouldn't take pictures but I did end up taking a few. I hate that I didn't get one of her dry and very BLAND STEAK guys. I'm so disappointed in myself cause that would've changed the entire outlook of how folks are running into this establishment. The check was in the high $280's plus a $75 tip to our Server who was great. She tried to apologize on numerous occasions but like we said, It wasn't her fault. It's a learning experience and if my BFF ever decides to revisit this restaurant which I doubt she'll ever return. It'll just be for the signature cocktails. Lastly for the Chef or Proprietor not to come out and even acknowledge that there's NO FOODS that aren't prepared without ONIONS says a lot about what type of business this is. I wished we'd gone to the AYCE Buffet inside Caesars Palace before having a mediocre dining experience at HK. Dining here was definitely a terrible Gamble and I'm usually pretty good at it...but this was a big loss for us. Thanks again to our Server, the Hostesses, and Greeters.

Have you ever eaten a meal so good that even though you are full, you can't stop shoving the meal in your pie hole? This establishes is not that place. Prepared to come in hungry or you will not be able to finish the meal. Everything checks the boxes on expectations sans the food. Note, not all is underwhelming. The atmosphere was beautiful and you feel like you are in the show minus the yelling by Gordon. The service was amazing from both the waiter and the wait staff. Your water cup will never go empty. Our favorite sounds like the most like item- lobster risotto. The truffle, garlic and butter puts this item above all else. The beef Wellington is a must get as it is not served in many restaurants. The beef was tender and cooked to almost perfection. The challenge with the food is the lack for flavoring and seasoning. The sticky toffee puddling is wonderful as well. We love Gordon but won't likely come back.

Definitely worth the experience! Appetizers Pan seared scallops Lobster Risotto Entrees Beef Wellington Roasted branzino Desert Sticky toffee pudding This is the perfect meal for two. Just enough of a Little surf and turf and a world of flavor from some of Hells kitchens most famous dishes. This is a great introduction to what Hells kitchen has to offer. I will definitely come back!

As any foodie would be, I had been eyeing this place for so long esp after growing up watching Gordon Ramsay on TV. And I can safely say the food here did not disappoint at all, you can really tell that the ingredients used are super high quality and the cooking techniques have been perfected. Starting off with the apps, we ordered the scallops, lobster risotto, bone marrow, and tomato salad. The scallops were so fresh and cooked to perfection, but the lobster risotto and bone marrow were the biggest stand outs. Next came the infamous beef Wellington. Honestly I'm not a huge beef person but it was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was soooo soft and tender. The puff pastry was also very flakey and the potatoes puree and the sauce paired with the Wellington perfectly. This is a must try!! We also ordered the salmon entree to try but it has a huge let down, it was a bit dry and flavorless. Lastly were the desserts. The sticky toffee pudding was super fluffy and the warmth paired perfectly with the brown butter ice cream. This is 100% the best dessert on the menu. I'm not even a huge dessert person but it was literally soso good. We also tried the banoffee dessert, cheesecake, and 3 way coconut and all of them were good but nothing outstanding. The service here is also amazing, our server was super kind and helpful with the menu items and even brought out a candle as we were celebrating a birthday. The restaurant itself has a dim moody ambiance and I loved the touches of the pitchforks and fires to give the "Hell's Kitchen" vibe lol. I also loved the view of the kitchen with the red/blue "teams" and it was also super cool to see how organized their kitchen operations are. Although it is a bit on the pricey side (~$135 for the prix fixe menu), I think it is worth it to try at least once!

Three words: Sticky Toffee Pudding. Gordon Ramsay's iconic Hell's Kitchen is situated just in front of Caesar's Palace on Las Vegas Blvd. You can't miss this stand-alone business when you're on The Strip. This place was packed when we arrived for a weekday lunch but the energy inside the restaurant was nice and lively, and the atmosphere was loud and extremely busy. Our servers (Chris and Mike) were attentive and knowledgeable during the course of our meal. Chris kept our sparkling water filled and Mike checked in on us as often as Chris. When our food came out, I was impressed. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was refreshing and all the components really complemented one another. I enjoyed my Beef Wellington. It was cooked perfectly and it was good. For me, though, the real show stopper was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. First bite and I was in love. Mmm, it was amazing! I mouthed out a loud: "Gordon!!" The richness of this warm dessert and the creamy ice cream together was heavenly! Ugh - I am salivating just thinking about it. Overall, lunch was well worth it. Quality and presentation were amazing; staff were excellent (front greeters could pay more attention to the guests instead of chitchatting), and that Sticky Toffee Pudding - yeah, I'll be back again!

Going to Hell's Kitchen is just one of those things you HAVE to do. I've never seen the show but my best friend has so she was elated to come to dinner here and see the two kitchens with the blue and red sides. We loved getting to sit in view of the kitchen and laughed anytime someone with a red headband went on the blue side and vice versa. We enjoyed all of our food. We had the risotto as our appetizer, I had the beef Wellington, and the other members of my party had steak and salmon. All our meals were expertly cooked. The Wellington was interesting and flavorful. We felt the sides really shined. The corn was our top choice of the food we got. Of course we ended with dessert. The toffee pudding lived up to its hype! All in all this was a good classic experience that I'd recommend to everyone at least once in their life!

Arrived for a celebration dinner with friends. Our reservation was for 7 pm and we were seated exactly at 7pm. Regarding service, we never ran out of drinks and they were attentive in checking in on us. For apps we started with the lobster risotto, scallops and the octopus. Lobster risotto was my husbands favorite and was cooked properly and very flavorful. The scallops were my favorite and I loved the flavor and they were cooked perfectly! Will definitely get those again. The octopus unfortunately did not impress. It seemed to be more of a pepper salad with octopus croutons. The octopus also seemed over cooked and was rubbery. Not something we would be getting again. For mains he got the beef Wellington and I got the short rib. The beef Wellington was delicious and was definitely the favorite of the two. The short rib was fine, nothing really stood out about the dish. For dessert we got the famous sticky toffee pudding and it did not miss the mark. We devoured that dessert and would definitely order it again.

While the food at this restaurant was decent, it ultimately failed to meet my high expectations. Given their Michelin-star-level pricing, I expected something truly exceptional, but the culinary experience did not justify the steep bill. To make matters worse, the dining room was so crowded and noisy that my friends and I had difficulty holding a conversation. Overall, while the meal wasn't good, it wasn't worth the price. Use a Chinese expression to conclude that the restaurant is too expensive! ( 太贵了)。

Our experience here was a bit disappointing after having this restaurant recommended to us. We checked in at the hostess stand a few minutes before our reservation time, but still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Other parties that arrived after us were seated first. It wasn't until I followed up around 15 minutes later that they realized there had been an error and our name was either missed or not properly checked in. Once they noticed the mistake, we were seated shortly after. For food, we ordered the crispy skin salmon and the whipped potatoes, both of which were delicious. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was pretty salty, and the baked mac and cheese was as well, even without the prosciutto. I couldn't imagine how much saltier it would have been otherwise. It was nice finally trying such a well-known restaurant, but overall I wasn't as impressed as I expected to be.

Great experience! We went with a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette dinner and they took such good care of us. Sent glasses of champagne for the table and complimentary dessert for the bride. And that was just the cherry on top of an amazing meal and immaculate service! Our table had scallops, risotto, filet mignon, beef Wellington, short rib, mac & cheese and potato purée. Everything was delicious. I hate that I can't remember our servers names because they were awesome!! Restaurant is a bit noisy but a fun environment. Open kitchen concept and the chefs wear blue and red bandanas like on the show. 10/10 recommend.

Still an amazing experience. My boyfriend had the beef Wellington and the bone marrow as well and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by both dishes that I thought I would never like!

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen

Can a party of 1 show up without a reservation for lunch?

When we called, reservations were booked pretty far in advance, so I personally wouldn't count on just showing up for lunch without one. For a party of 1 it may be easier than a larger group, but I'd still recommend booking ahead if you can.

Do they have budlight or blue moon? Any cold draft beer?

I don't remember seeing Bud Light or Blue Moon there specifically. Hell's Kitchen felt more cocktail and wine focused when we went. Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill across the street seemed more like the place for beer and a more casual pub menu.

Do they charge you if you order just plain water?

    Tap water is free

    Is it halal?

No - fantastic food and ambiance.

Is there a mandatory tip amount for large parties?

Hi! There are no mandatory tips. The amount you give them is up to you, just like any other restaurant.

Does the Summer Sampler need to be pre-booked, or can walk-ins order this?

    Reservations are highly recommended!

Can you walk in or do you have to have a reservation?

Would recommend reservations as this is one of the most popular restaurants on the strip. You might be able to walk in to get a seat at the bar.

Do you get any perks for celebrating your birthday?

Since I had the experience, you could get the chance to see the front of the kitchen, Also they put a candle in your dessert to make a wish.

    Do they allow takeout?

I would think they would. But best to call. Worth eating in though

    Are the burgers halal?

Hell's Kitchen doesn't sell burgers. Try "Gordon Ramsey Burger" located in Planet Hollywood. The burgers there aren't halal.

    Is there a kids menu?

I don't know. The menus we got had no kid options. But it could be that that menu is only available upon request. I suggest contacting the restaurant directly and asking them.

Where is the beat place to park? Do they validate?

Valet with Caesars Palace or take an uber

    Dairy free gluten free options?

None that I saw on the menu.

Online I see a lunch prix fix menu for $60ish. Specifically Monday thru Thursday. But I've tried looking up influencers to see if they mention it but nothing and nothing for reviews online. Anyone know if this is real?

There is a YouTuber can't remember the name but that's how we learned more about the prix fix.

Are there different lunch and dinner menus? I tried looking online and found only a dinner menu.

I believe in the past they had a lunch menu. The lunch menu had more affordable prices than dinner. For example, you were able to get a smaller portion of the Beef Wellington during lunch.

If there is a change in our reservation how much time is needed to cancel or make changes without cancellation fee. Thank you?

Sorry, I don't know. Best to call the restaurant or check OpenTable if you've the reservation on that app.

Can you wear shorts in summer to Hell's Kitchen dc?

Casual chic is very acceptable; business casual not necessary; a fella would be comfy in shorts especially at this location.

    Best time to go?

Lunch time, during the week! Reservations are easier to get during the week especially for bigger parties. I was able to get a last minute reservation for 6 people on a Monday for lunch, when dinner was booked out from Saturday through Wednesday.

Is there a happy hour menu at Las Vegas Hell's Kitchen?

Sorry, I didn't check for that. It's unlikely at high end restaurants like this one. If you're looking for happy hour look across the street from Hells Kitchen. Those lower end restaurants tend to have them, but if you do find out they have do have… Read more

The atmosphere is super trendy and upscale and the quality of the food matches the prices. I ordered the Catch Roll, 10oz Filet and Lobster Mash! All amaazinggg ! Enormous disappointment…read more We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

A few days ago we dined in for lunch and Pedro P gave such a bad experience I honestly lost all…read morethose good feelings I had for this place. We had reservations, noted that we were celebrating the kids last day of school, no comments made by the staff to them. No big deal. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer water. When we ordered I repeated 3 times, clearly and simple how my daughters meal should be "no cheese, no toppings, no bun, just meat" It came out wrong. I let the guy know who brought it, he took it back to correct it, when it came back out Pedro said "I didn't know you didn't want it on buns". No apology or accountability, ok. It was busy but not packed, other tables seemed to be getting the normal service I'm used to here. Service to our table was slow, my mom was never offered another drink. After our meal I asked Pedro to pack the two slices of pie to go. 15 minutes later he comes back and says "here's your desserts". I asked where the kids sundaes were and he said in the bag, I told him we wanted to eat those there, he said sorry and left. Instead of offering to make the sundaes for us to enjoy we pulled them out of the bag to eat at the table and realized they don't give you ice cream to go.. so we had to ask for that and Pedro still didn't think it would've made sense to have them made properly. He had multiple opportunities to turn our frowns upside down but instead looked irritated to serve us. I'm a local that dines out often and this server really makes me feel it's better to take my money and recommendations elsewhere. Joe would be ashamed.

It's outside on the corner of the streets if you're looking for it. We ordered the lobster flight. This came with 3 small lobster rolls in different flavors: original, truffle and hot honey. My favorite was the hot honey. I like the sweetness of the lobster and the honey together with just a tiny kick to it. They were all good though. The man who helped us was friendly and prompt. Considering all that, it was a great deal, especially compared to the prices of other places on the strip.
