We had a wonderful time. We were a bit early for our reservation but we were still seated. It was quiet when we arrived so we had a chance to talk to our server Lupi and her assistant Antonio who took great care of us! We had the shrimp cocktail (with gin sauce), seared sea scallops, onion soup (it was creamed based with small pieces of lobster and corn), beef Wellington, and lobster risotto. We had a few drinks as well. We were so full that we couldn't eat all of the sticky toffee pudding with brown butter gelato. Friend and I had to rally through our day club debauchery for Hell's Kitchen because after all, we heard nothing but amazing things about it after all these years. I'm talking waking up 30 minutes before our reservation, getting ready in 15 minutes, and hauling ass to HK. Crazy what being charged $150 will do to a mf. Anyway, thankfully friend and I had a game plan all figured out a couple days beforehand. This is what we ordered. Steak Tartare: This is always a non-negotiable, so I've had many tartares throughout my culinary tasting career (lol). The crisp things it came with were stale. Overall pretty under seasoned. Mediocre at best. Seared Foie Gras: Can't say I've had foie gras frequently enough to form a solid opinion on it, but it wasn't downright bad? I thought the play between sweet and savory was actually okay. My friend thought otherwise. Would I recommend this? Ehh, probably not. Lobster Risotto: Crazy this was an "appetizer" because this should've been a main and the star of the meal... and well, it kinda was to be honest. Perfectly prepared risotto and lobster. Balanced in every aspect possible from doneness to flavor/seasoning/salting. Absolutely delicious. Beef Wellington: First time popping my beef welly cherry and it was very underwhelming to say the least. Maybe it was the hype after all these years of reading about how good beef wellingtons are (in general not just HK's), but wow. This shit sucked. Sorry. It was basically steamed beef wrapped in a pastry. Glazed root vegetables on the side? More like beef wellingtons gettin' glazed for no good reason. Braised short rib: Listen. I love braised meats. Take an otherwise tough and chewy cut of meat and braise it for hours and after hours of patience it's stupid tasty and tender. This? This was braised for WAY too long. Short rib is usually very tender anyway. This was braised for so long it was mushy, dry, and stringy. Flavor was fine, but this thing was ready to go hours ago. Service was excellent which is what one would expect from a nicer restaurant like this. Overall I'm more disappointed in all the high praise I've read over the years for Hell's Kitchen. Let me say, I am not a fan. You could find a much better meal for the money both on the strip and off. That being said, saying you have been to Hells Kitchen gives you some Vegas bragging rights. Yes, we survived, and much lighter in the pocket. The place, as does Gordo himself, does take it self a little too serious. We asked to sit in the sunroom, that is an up-charge. We passed. For the food: A few outstanding items. Scallops, Short Rib. The rest: Just food on an uninspired menu. The restaurant is mind numbing loud, but by design. A must-visit for any fans of Chef Gordon Ramsay's or the Hell's Kitchen show, the kitchen is modeled after the famous red kitchen vs blue kitchen setup and popular clips across all seasons play on the television screens throughout the restaurant. The prix fixe menu, although the price has doubled over recent years, still feels like attainable luxury fine dining. Every dish was delicious and had a wonderful balance of flavors. The layer of mushroom duxelles in our entree felt thin, but it didn't take away from the overall flavor. Our servers were friendly and helpful, and also took immediate action when we found a bone chip in our Wellington. Definitely worth the visit! read more

I enjoyed dinner here with a large party so we ordered several appetizers for the table to start, from oysters and jumbo shrimp cocktail to pork belly and Caprese and Caesar salads, and their famous beef Wellington to share. And I mean a few of each, plus cocktails and several bottles of wine. This restaurant has been on my list forever as I was a huge fan of the show. Since I am going solo they don't allow reservation just dining at the bar. Luckily I did not have to wait long since I'm only one person, Maybe a 10 mins wait time. There was always a flood of people coming in and I can see that the hostess are non stop and lose track of people. The food did live up to its reputation. I ordered the 3 course pre fix menu which are Hell's Kitchen most popular dish. 1) seared scallop with bacon, endives and parsnip purée 2) the famous beef Wellington with Demi glaze with a side of lobster 3) sticky toffee pudding. Everything was 10/10 from start to finish. My only small complaint was that the dessert was a bit too sweet for my personal liking. I would have preferred less toffee glazed but in general I don't eat too much sweets. The portion size are generous. I was only able to eat half of the Wellington and dessert. The rest were packed Togo. The service was excellent. Leonardo was my bartender and server. He was super nice and helpful. The ambiance is a typical Las Vegas restaurant. I was so very excited to join friends at HK-Las Vegas while at a conference recently, I could hardly wait. I just had to know firsthand how tasty are those scallops that doom so many contestants on the show. Let me just say if this was a competition meal I ate, somebody was going home. I've had better and was shocked that they were not only a little gritty, they were very, very small. Service was great and the decor and setting is a great vibe overall, but my food was grossly underwhelming, especially for the price. I came here for my boyfriend's birthday and with a group of 7 of us and the service from Barbara was great! She was really nice, patient, and once we found out we had something in common we chatted for a bit. The food here was spectacular. I got the braised short rib and my bf got the beef wellington. The short rib was so tender and tasty. The wellingon was incredible, so much more flavorful than I expected. Both don't look very appetizing in the photos I took, but trust me they were so so good. We also got the mac and cheese which was so yummy. Since it we were celebrating a birthday we also got a complimentary sticky toffee pudding which we all loved. Chefs kiss for the food and drinks here!! Made reservations for a Friday afternoon and waited around 10-15 minutes after checking in to be seated. This place was PACKED! Be mindful of that and be nice to the waiters and servers. They offer a prefixe menu off the bat which includes all of their top dishes for a little over $100. My husband got this which included the scallops, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Sooo good especially for the price! I ordered the braised short rib and that was delicious too. My partner booked us a dinner at Hell's Kitchen over Memorial Day Weekend! Check in was very smooth and we were seated promptly. The flaming logo outside is very cool. We ordered à la carte, and here are my scores for everything: Steak tartare: 4.75/5 -- truffle perfume works but just slightly overpowers. Really fresh and the chips were good too Octopus: 4.5/5 -- a liiiiiiiiittle bit gummy, but love the flavor profile. Bright and slightly tart Lobster risotto: 3.75/5 -- was expecting the risotto itself to have lobster flavor. It seemed like the lobster was there just to make the dish fancier. The truffle taste was overpowering, and the risotto was overcooked. However, the lobster was cooked really well. Notes from Gordon: 5/5 -- first time having a cocktail with lemongrass and it works so well! It's subtle yet fragrant, and the cocktail itself is almost sparkling. Soooo good. The note was funny as hell. Forbidden fruit: 4.5/5 -- very balanced, but the raspberry alc has a bit of an aftertaste I'm not the fondest of, but it's still really good! Not overly sweet. Beef Wellington: 4.5/5 -- I want to give this a 5 soooooo bad; the beef is sooooooo tender cuts like butter!!!! the jus is absolutely crazy, so rich with a hint of bitter from the wine but not overly wine-y at all, and the potato is soooo smooth. The pastry was just too salty ): (also I really did not like the onions at all but that's just a me thing), and a small complaint about the veggie would be that the round shape is aesthetic but difficult to fork Dry age New York strip: 4.25/5 -- the flavor is really good and the cuisson was crazy, no gray at ALL. The shishito also works! However, I wish the shishito had some citrus in it, and that there was more jus. It was a fat piece of steak and I could get tired of it after a while with little to nothing else on the plate. Sticky toffee pudding with brown butter gelato: 4/5 -- I knew this was not gonna match my delicate Asian tastebuds (team not too sweet) ‍ HOWEVER! that gelato is DIVINE. I wish they sold it in stores. The texture of the pudding is pillowy, and the toffee sauce is like a caramel candy melted down, sinfully sweet. Objectively it's an excellent dessert, just too sweet for me. While I would not order this again, I'm very glad I tried this classic dish, and would happily recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth. TLDR: this was a very expensive meal but we both thought it was worth it, especially for a restaurant on the strip. The concepts are novel for the dishes and drinks and we had a blast! Hell's Kitchen is a classic stop for Vegas. It was my second time coming to this location. Made a reservation for my girlfriend and months in advance. We made sure to get there very early given the fees per person associated to the booking. We went on a Saturday evening and definitely spent a good amount of time to park. We parked at Cesar's place and took about 15 minutes to walk over. To our surprise, despite getting there 30 minutes early, they were able to seat us down right away. For the classic options, we got the beef wellington, lobster risotto, and sticky toffee. My girlfriend also recommended the bone marrow since it was a favorite from her previous visit. Beef wellington and sticky toffee were consistently as good as I remembered. The risotto was good but didn't tasted as I remembered it. As for the bone marrow, this became one of my new favorite dishes. All of this was a good portion for two to share. Service is excellent as before. Server was quick on clearing the table for space, resetting for dessert, and filling water. American Express is accepted. read more

I've dined at several of the Gordon Ramsey restaurants; in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. I have to say, this was my least favorite... but definitely not a bad experience. Prior to arriving, our ride was late (traffic) and after about 10 calls to the restaurant we got through to "Grace" and informed her we were running about 15+ minutes late. She was literally the most unpleasant person to speak to... I felt like she just couldn't be bothered to even speak nicely - short response and rude. Booked reservations for my husband's birthday about a month in advance, and mentioned that and a request to be at a 4 top in the "kitchen" area. They didn't pay attention to the birthday message and we had to tell them. Seated at a 2 top table, but table was large and was actually very comfortable. Our server was nice but it seemed he was spread too thin between all the tables. He was really sweet and easy to chat with. He assisted with ordering and his recommendation of the Mac n Cheese was great. Cocktails were delicious and expertly crafted. Beef Wellington with truffles was decent... just wish it had more truffle actually seasoned in the dish vs a garnish. My husband's filet was cooked perfectly. I also got the cocktail ube paradise and I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best alcoholic drinks I've ever had. This place was packed when we arrived for a weekday lunch but the energy inside the restaurant was nice and lively, and the atmosphere was loud and extremely busy. Our servers (Chris and Mike) were attentive and knowledgeable during the course of our meal. Chris kept our sparkling water filled and Mike checked in on us as often as Chris. When our food came out, I was impressed. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was refreshing and all the components really complemented one another. I enjoyed my Beef Wellington. It was cooked perfectly and it was good. For me, though, the real show stopper was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. First bite and I was in love. Mmm, it was amazing! I mouthed out a loud: "Gordon!!" Prepared to come in hungry or you will not be able to finish the meal. Everything checks the boxes on expectations sans the food. Note, not all is underwhelming. Our experience here was a bit disappointing after having this restaurant recommended to us. We checked in at the hostess stand a few minutes before our reservation time, but still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Other parties that arrived after us were seated first. It wasn't until I followed up around 15 minutes later that they realized there had been an error and our name was either missed or not properly checked in. Once they noticed the mistake, we were seated shortly after. For food, we ordered the crispy skin salmon and the whipped potatoes, both of which were delicious. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was pretty salty, and the baked mac and cheese was as well, even without the prosciutto. I couldn't imagine how much saltier it would have been otherwise. As any foodie would be, I had been eyeing this place for so long esp after growing up watching Gordon Ramsay on TV. And I can safely say the food here did not disappoint at all, you can really tell that the ingredients used are super high quality and the cooking techniques have been perfected. Starting off with the apps, we ordered the scallops, lobster risotto, bone marrow, and tomato salad. The scallops were so fresh and cooked to perfection, but the lobster risotto and bone marrow were the biggest stand outs. Next came the infamous beef Wellington. Honestly I'm not a huge beef person but it was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was soooo soft and tender. The puff pastry was also very flakey and the potatoes puree and the sauce paired with the Wellington perfectly. This is a must try!! We also ordered the salmon entree to try but it has a huge let down, it was a bit dry and flavorless. Lastly were the desserts. The sticky toffee pudding was super fluffy and the warmth paired perfectly with the brown butter ice cream. This is 100% the best dessert on the menu. I'm not even a huge dessert person but it was literally soso good. We also tried the banoffee dessert, cheesecake, and 3 way coconut and all of them were good but nothing outstanding. The service here is also amazing, our server was super kind and helpful with the menu items and even brought out a candle as we were celebrating a birthday. The restaurant itself has a dim moody ambiance and I loved the touches of the pitchforks and fires to give the "Hell's Kitchen" vibe lol. I also loved the view of the kitchen with the red/blue "teams" and it was also super cool to see how organized their kitchen operations are. Going to Hell's Kitchen is just one of those things you HAVE to do. I've never seen the show but my best friend has so she was elated to come to dinner here and see the two kitchens with the blue and red sides. We loved getting to sit in view of the kitchen and laughed anytime someone with a red headband went on the blue side and vice versa. We enjoyed all of our food. We had the risotto as our appetizer, I had the beef Wellington, and the other members of my party had steak and salmon. All our meals were expertly cooked. The Wellington was interesting and flavorful. We felt the sides really shined. The corn was our top choice of the food we got. Of course we ended with dessert. Regarding service, we never ran out of drinks and they were attentive in checking in on us. For apps we started with the lobster risotto, scallops and the octopus. Wow! What an experience. I made a reservation more than two months in advance just in case for an odd afternoon time on a Saturday. OpenTable requires a credit card to secure it. Everytime I come to Vegas, I HAVE to go to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I am always met with delicious food, great service, and an amazing time. Hell's Kitchen is located at the Caesar's Palace, but note that it's outside of the hotel to the right of the hotel lobby (facing the outside of the hotel to the street). You are met with the iconic HK symbol that's on fire when you walk up to the restaurant. Once you enter, you have the chance to check out merch- and there's even a screen that will play a clip of Gordon Ramsay! I did pay an extra ~$20ish dollars to sit in a spot that had a view of the kitchen but we were seated a bit farther than I expected. I think it may have to do with how big our party was, but I don't think I'd pay extra if I came again. However, it was for my brothers birthday so I wanted to make it a little special. Our server was awesome- super nice and cool with all of our drink orders (which we had a lot lol!). The food was superb. We ordered: Hamachi Crudo: SO fresh and SO tasty!! It had a little bit of a kick too which I liked from the chili oil. It was so good that we ordered another one after finishing the first! Pan Seared Scallops: Can never go wrong with the scallops. Super tender and just straight up delicious. Lobster Risotto: MUST order. Seriously. This is my favorite dish by far- lobster is cooked perfectly and the truffle risotto - need I say more? Oven Roasted Octopus: This was pretty good, I wasn't super in love with it as I think a lot of the toppings got in the way of how great the octopus tasted, but still a solid dish overall. Beef Wellington: Another MUST order. So good. The beef wellington just melts in your mouth. Braised Short Rib: Wow this dish was HUGE! I don't usually order short rib for my entree but wanted to mix it up. It was so good. The short rib was falling apart because of how tender it was. The sauce was divine and I loved how it wasn't overly drenched in sauce. SO GOOD! Filet Mignon: You can never go wrong with a filet mignon. Dry Aged New York Strip: OMG. Literally one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. And I'm usually a filet mignon girl, but wow. Cooked a perfect medium rare and seasoned to perfection. Sticky Toffee Pudding: Literally my FAVORITE dessert of all time. It has all the elements you'd want in a dessert- seriously, you just need to try it yourself. All in all, my experience was amazing, just as it always is anytime I visit one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. This is a wonderful place for a date night or celebration- I so recommend Hell's Kitchen and I am really looking forward to visiting again as soon as I am back in Vegas! read more

Great experience! We went with a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette dinner and they took such good care of us. Sent glasses of champagne for the table and complimentary dessert for the bride. And that was just the cherry on top of an amazing meal and immaculate service! Our table had scallops, risotto, filet mignon, beef Wellington, short rib, mac & cheese and potato purée. Everything was delicious. I hate that I can't remember our servers names because they were awesome!! Restaurant is a bit noisy but a fun environment. Open kitchen concept and the chefs wear blue and red bandanas like on the show. 10/10 recommend. read more

Finally got to try one of Gordon Ramsays famous dining spot in Las Vegas. I said finally, because it's hard to get a reservation unless you books weeks or even months out. The dining experience was fun! This place is happening right as you walk in. They are busy and if you come early, try to enjoy a drink at the bar as you wait to be seated. The atmosphere is high energy and just seeing the open kitchen reminds me of the show. I got their steak, apps and my fiancé got the fish. All were delicious and very well prepared. Service was great and we also got seated by the window. If you are looking for a fun dining experience or a Gordon Ramsay fan, check this place out. read more

Genuinely had a blast here. Mom and I decided to stop in to see if they'd take a walk in for lunch on a Saturday. We sat at the bar and shared a Caesar salad, some crispy pork belly, and a delicious bread pudding for my birthday. The waiters were all friendly and the food tasted great. I also felt comfortable (AC wasn't too cold) and they didn't treat us poorly just because we ordered a few small dishes. Great experience, next time we'll try the beef Wellington! read more

Return visit for Father's Day celebration. The experience and service was very good. But the signature Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding seems to have changed or it was an off day for the HK team. My wife's beef was so salty that it was in edible. When it was brought out to our table it was barely like warm, as if it was sitting out for a bit. Overall it seemed it either just sat out or there was some delay for our meal to arrive. Lastly, the pastry on the beef Wellington was so soggy and not flaky and pastry like as it should have been. The sticky toffee pudding was still good, but it was overcooked and dry on the top surface where it crumbled when we put our fork into it. The ice cream on top was used to sweep up all of the crumbs. Overall, our expectations from our previous visit were not met this time unfortunately. The service team was still fantastic though. read more

Had birthday dinner there tonight. John F what spectacular. We never wanted for anything and he always made sure we were well taken care of. Absolutely some of the best service I've ever had in my entire life. I will definitely be coming back and requesting to sit in his section again. read more
