I'm really happy that Gordy Enterprises helped my family out once again with my son's car. My son got a flat tire, changed it to the donut and drove it straight over to Gordy's to get it repaired. There was no saving the tire, and thankfully it didn't do more damage to the car or put my son in a bad accident, but we did end up getting a new tire at a reasonable price and now his car is back on track. I was having problems with my car and Mr. Gordy checked my car with me until he could figure out exactly what was wrong, so that he wouldn't just throw parts on the car. Stopped in at 8:30 needing a tire with low pressure checked. Owners young son (assumed) sitting at the front desk didn't know how to get help, waited for five minutes and no one came to the desk. Walked to the service area and got The attention of someone working on a car, appeared to be the only person there. While traveling on I-16 we had a blowout on our fifth wheel trailer. We had experienced several blowouts on the trip and had already changed one and didn't have another spare. We took the tire to the shop and were warmly greeted and soon were on our way to replace the tire. Mr. Gordy said that the reason that we were having so many problems was because the tires were several years old and had flat spotted. We attempted to remove the other blown tire but it was wrapped around the axle and we couldn't remove it. Another call and Mr. Gordy and an assistant were on the way, about 15 miles away, and changed the tire. We followed him back to the shop where they stayed past closing time to change the remaining old tires so we could safely continue. When you break down on the road you never know what you will get, but we were pleasantly surprised by the great help and reasonable charges.
