Scheduling an appointment was simple. I found the receptionists very professional and helpful. This was my first visit at the Pro Health building and parking was easy. We checked in and registered and met with Dr. Hayman. He was gentle, friendly and offered great realistic, inexpensive suggestions to address my daughter's scalp. He filled her prescription and hours later we received a text that our prescription was ready at our local CVS. We will follow up with him in a few weeks and we are looking forward to our visit. Parents, you're in good hands here.

His gentle demeanor and calming presence brings such a relaxing atmosphere whenever we go in for my little ones skin checkup. My son was suffering from eczema on both his face and body, leading to itching from the irritation which then lead to open sores. As a first time parent it was horrible and we referred to this office through friends. Took months to get an appointment but so worth it. We received what I call a miracle cream, skin sores completely gone after a week and it's been a year now and skin still smooth and irritant free. Bring your infant/toddler here for any dermatologist issue, it's 100% worth that wait!

I have friends that run from Dr to Dr & seem to enjoy a full calendar of appts! Go figure??? Not this girl. Anyway.... On to Dr. Levitz! She's a one woman show. She's the only dr in her practice . Reminds me of going to our family dr in the 60's & 70's.... Dr. Harry Abe in Wantagh. In fact.... I haven't found a dr that I liked as much... until I found DR Levitz. The office is located in the Chase Bank bldg on the north side of Merrick Rd. Suite 300. The office is definitely NOT fancy at all. Far from it. But.... She is amazing. Soo caring & very thorough . She'll call you after hrs & always seems to be available. She's not a prescription writer so if you're the type looking for pain pills...she's not the Dr for you. She's very "by the book" & always looking out for your entire well being... Physically, mentally etc. She also offers a vitamin IV treatment. I've done it a few times & I did feel healthier afterwards. I've turned a few friends onto Dr Levitz & they go several times a week for the IV treatments. All in all.... I think she's pretty fantastic!!

He explained how I would get better and how long it would take. He explained how hard it would be but he would make sure that I ended up with full range of motion. Between Bill Schwarz and Dr.Erika Doyle I received the most amazing care and cannot believe how well I have recovered . Every single staff member from the front desk to the staff that placed me on ice and heat was considerate and caring. They all even knew my name. Every person there knows their job and keeps up with every patient. This is a well run physical therapy institute with caring and extremely knowledgeable staff. Then proceeded to tell me that i had no right to tell Her she gave the wrong immunizations. She was so unprofessional and I never experienced that with anyone. For her to hold her degree so high surprised she would speak to anyone in that manner. I only went to her because she was the closest doctor to me. But this on top of her wait time isn't worth it.

I said not regularly just once in blue moon. He recommended a mamo. So on my exit I received a referral and once I read it at home, it was coded for Migraines. Called and fixed issue. Now I get a bill for a co pay for my physical that there is no co pay for and they tell me it's for a alcohol consult. All the doctor did was ask me a question, I think the medical coder needs to go back to school.

He is kind and compassionate, takes the time to help you and is never condescending or rushed. If you need to see a specialist he does not hesitate. She has always been caring, supportive and would calm my nerves. When your kids are sick, they see you quickly. All 3 doctors and the entire staff of women are kind and helpful. I will never take my kids to another pediatricians office as long a these doctors are still here.

Having several serious medical problems over the years, Dr Mike and the gang are always there for me not just with the best medical treatment but always with respect and caring that I have never found in any other Medical facility. I have seen my share of Doctors who do not care and you know that you are just another number in the sea of Specialists who make you wait 2 hours then get two minutes of their time that helps very little. Dr Mike on the other hand always makes you feel better and his positive, caring attitude is wonderful. He listens to ANY of your concerns, does not rush you and gives you ways to make your medical problems better. Even though I no longer live near Dr Mike, the 30 mile trip is well worth the effort and he will remain my Primary care doctor for as long as he or myself live. My house is about 40 mins from his office now but I will not go to anyone besides him. His patient care and the concern he shows is excellent. I really trust him. He has a big and clean office. I know the front desk there about 7-8 years ago gave patient's a hard time but things have changed sine then. Have I mentioned that they offer free snacks and drinks during waiting period? The wait to the doctor (Dr Sznyter ) was not that bad. Some offices, it takes forever before a patient can be seen. The nurse who helped me was friendly. I was happy with my doctor. She answered all the questions I had in mind. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She assured me that I will be alright for the scheduled surgical procedure. She referred me after our short meeting to her administrative supervisor for further details of my procedure. The administrator is soft spoken but detailed on her instructions. The reception staff was pleasant. I found the doctor's office clean and neat. I left the office satisfied.
